The apartment is fully self contained on top floor with bright northerly aspect.
INCLUSIONS
BEDROOM. Queen Bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps 1 clock radio large built in wardrobe with mirrored doors. Two other cupboards for storage/bags etc.
INTERNAL EUROPEAN LAUNDRY. Washing Machine and Dryer.
KITCHEN. Table 4 stools, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven and two hot plates.
LOUNGE. King leather lounge with chaise which can be converted, coffee tables, sideboard and Smart TV.
BALCONY. Cafe table and 2 chairs.
Please note: A new lift is going in and will be out of service for 8 weeks from Tuesday 4th April to Tuesday 18th June. Only stair access will be available . Stairs from the foyer will be 3 flights to apartment and 2 flights from foyer to carpark.
Guest Access:

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Neutral Bay is around 5 kilometres from Sydney and is a popular area with young professionals and families alike due to its convenience to use public transport, cycle or walk. Neutral Bay has quite residential streets and a variety of hip restaurants and bars. The shopping centre has three large supermarkets and most of the major banks, public transport to CBD and beyond to
the South and public transport to all northern beaches and a direct bus service to North Shore Hospital and Chatswood the closest major shopping centre.
Getting Around:
5 min walk to major bus links and 15 min walk to the ferry.
Other Things to Note:
No Parties, No candles, No pets.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
