Bring your whole family for a relaxing getaway in the gorgeous Osoyoos Cottages development on Osoyoos lake. With two full master suites (equipped with King beds and gorgeous en suites), two more bedrooms (with Twin XL over Queen bunk beds), a third bunk room (holding four Twin beds, bunk style) with fun hobbit hole play areas, and a den (with a Queen hide-a-bed) there is plenty of space to spread out for all ages and family dynamics.

Conveniently located within visual range of the awesome kids play area (great for watching the kids from the large screened in patio), one lane up from the community center with it's two pools, two hot tubs, and full gym, and a 5 minute stroll to the full km of private sandy beach (complete with fire pits, volleyball court and swim platform in the summer) it's the best of all worlds!

The South Okanagan is home to dozens of amazing wineries (about 40, or more, within only a few minutes drive from our location); many are open for tastings and sales year-round. If you are staying in the Winter months, we are less than 1 hour drive to Mt. Baldy Ski Area, 1.5 hours to Apex Mountain Resort.

The property in more detail:

We have a 32' x 12' boat slip available for rent at an additional cost of $300/week (subject to availability).

A golf cart for getting around the cottages is available for use at no extra cost.

The pictures do not show but TV's have been added to living room and both master bedrooms.

Garage is equipped with additional fridge/freeze combo as well as stand-alone freezer available for use.

Main Floor:

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the other fun gadgets.

A comfortable open concept dining room and living room with electric fireplace and french doors leading to a full screened-in patio.

Full Master with king bed and an en suite including a tub and a shower and double vanity with walk thru closet.

A den with lots of entertainment and a very comfortable queen hide-a-bed.

There is also a powder room and full laundry (detergent supplied).

Upstairs:

Full master with a king bed, en suite, and french doors onto a private deck.

Bunk room one includes a twin xl over queen bunk. All the bunks were custom manufactured out of solid wood and can hold full grown adults without a creak.

Bunk room two includes a twin xl over queen bunk.

The playroom or bunk room is complete with two sets of twin bunks for the kids (or 4 golfing buddies) and nooks (hobbit holes) for the kids to hide out (and keep their toys out of the way).

One full (main) bathroom with tub/shower.

We try to supply all the basic needs you will have while staying with us. We have a number of beach toys, outdoor games and indoor games (for the rare rainy day or, more likely, when you've had too much sun). Of course, we provide towels (beach and bath) and bedding, but we also provide hair dryers (so you don't have to bring your own).

As explained below our availability calendar we have a 5 night min (as per our HOA regulations) for the months of September - May. For mid-June through mid-September we rent in 7 night windows with check in/out on Fridays. This allows us to give our excellent cleaners time to do a very thorough job on our unit.
