To the left is the double garage with automatic roller doors to front and rear of property behind which there is plenty of room to add a carport or large shed.
This really is a resort style house - to the side is a newly built shower/WC room to compliment guests using the pool. To the right is the stylish inground pool with a water feature. Beyond that is a large brick built gazebo with electric screening blinds and has fans and power.
The main entertainment area is larger than usual and as you enter the property to the left is another entertainment area with a built in bar and servery going to the excellent appointed modern kitchen.
The kitchen has good quality cabinetry with a walk in pantry, stone bench tops and ample bench and storage space. It is fitted with high end appliances. Through the large lounge and dining area is the family bathroom and three good sized bedrooms all with built in robes.
To the left is the huge laundry which can be accessed also from the master suite. The master suite is almost brand new with a huge walk in robe and exquisite ensuite.
The property is fully tiled throughout and every room has split system airconditioning plus 6.6KW solar panels have been fitted to the property. The house is surrounded by well manicured gardens and there is also a shed to the rear.

The house is located in a quiet close in a quality residential neighborhood.
Please respect other residents privacy and rights of enjoyment of peaceful living. There's playgrounds, shops, bars, restaurants, bottle shop and public transport close-by, all within walking distance (within 1km).

COVID safety measures: before leaving / checking out, please put all rubbish including food scraps in the rubbish bins (yellow bin is for recyclable items). Please load and start the dishwasher with all used cutlery, crockery, pots & pans.
Please clean the BBQ (if used), a $25 extra cleaning fee will apply if BBQ left unclean.
