As soon as you open the front door to the Wischis Florida Home - The Dream, you will feel at home. The home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two outdoor showers, huge patio, and a heated pool with spa. The pool size is 55 ft length and 6´11 depth. The Dream is a luxurious dream come true. It is centrally located in Cape Coral on a canal with access to the river.
Thanks to the Southern exposure of the house, you will be able to enjoy the sun on the patio all day long. Enjoy the cozy lounge area, and the large pool, which is heated via solar and gas.
The Dream is only a short drive from the beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. There are restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping opportunities within a few short minutes from the home.

Wischis Home-Cape Coral 2025

The house was absolutely beautiful. The pool and hot tub were used every day and very much enjoyed. Patio around the pool is were we spent a majority of time. Five adults stayed. We used three out of the four spacious bedrooms. Walk in showers, soaking tub, and two private outdoor showers were amazing.

Amazing and Beautiful Vacation Home

We absolutely loved our stay! The pool was incredible! Huge! And the shallow sun deck served as a great kiddy pool for our two year old. The home was beautiful and we enjoyed cooking in the gorgeous kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were luxurious. No complaints from us. We would highly recommend vacationing at this home.

Family vacation

Beautiful house in a quiet area on a canal. Broken chair around dining table resulted in a nasty fall. Rest of house and pool area are great, clean and very nice.

Gorgeous house

The house looks exactly like the pictures! Absolutely gorgeous, came in very late at night to the island lit up, so pretty. We were told up front the hot tub wasn’t working which was a shame because the pool was quite cool. I don’t like the fact you need to pay electricity for the week, we had minimal lights on, air conditioning wasn’t set low, didn’t turn on the tv once. The pool did it’s own thing every day and the house was lit up at night outside from timers. We were charged $150 for electricity for the week, seemed a little high. Great dock to fish off of but the fishing wasn’t the greatest, could have been the warm temps or time of year. We did catch some catfish, stingrays, crabs and some cichlids, but they were few and far between. It was fantastic that we each had our own room and plenty of bathrooms, although a couple of the sink faucets had a note stating they weren’t working. If you had more people there and wanted to watch tv there’s only 3 chairs, no couches. The pool was HUGE and so nice. Overall the house is great!
