Cape Coral's beach and restaurants are only a few minutes' walk away.

The villa has all the amenities you would expect from a luxury home. Four spacious bedrooms are available to our guests.

The living and dining area is spacious and completed by a fully equipped luxury kitchen.

The outside area is another highlight of this house. With 1500sqft and a pool landscape that deserves its name, you can enjoy the sun on the pool deck all day in all seasons thanks to the south-facing orientation.

Villa the Bearu

nice property and great for 4-8 people. however, pool and hot tub heaters didnt work despite using the wall control as instructed. says it was heating, but never did. this was disappointing as it was a big part of the house selection. other than this, the house was as advertized and nice.

Beautiful Outdoor Space

We absolutely loved the outdoor space. The pool and the property view were amazing. It was obvious we were the first renters after the hurricane, and we understand that recovery from the hurricane has been quite a fiasco. However, upon arrival, the listing was not accurate, listing 4.5 bathrooms and only having 3, listing two kings and two queens and only having one king (which isn't in its own "room"--it is a open loft area with the living room, kitchen, and bathroom all in one space--not ideal for four couples). We had no hot water upstairs, no trash cans, and one dishwasher broken, and the beautiful deck on the listing no longer is there (again, hurricane damage we understand, but we did expect a deck and there wasn't one). Ultimately, we felt the owner/property manager compensated us appropriately and "made it right", but the communication with the property manager in the meantime was way less than ideal. We loved the property, pool, and outdoor spaces, and would return again, as we feel many of the issues were just that they rushed renting post-hurricane.
