Fantastic Experience
My family and I had such a great time at Saddleback, especially because of the A-frame we stayed in. It is a great ski-in/ski-out experience with all the amenities you would need, even when travelling with two very young kids. It truly had everything we needed, the host was responsive, and the location could not be any better. We will certainly be making this an annual trip!
This A frame was gorgeous, clean, had all the amenities. Saddleback is an incredible mountain, terrain for all levels, friendly staff, amazing food. Super easy access on and off the mountain. Can’t say enough good things about this trip!!

Warm and cozy
We have skied saddleback for years, and enjoy the ski in ski out options. This property was well stocked with all the essentials that make life so easy when you are traveling, especially in the kitchen! Appliances are all new, and high-end. Will definitely book again!
Overall a very positive experience- some things based on overall price of rental make it less positive.
While we understand “it’s the time of year “ the unit was quite full of fruitflies and ladybugs at every window- with no flyswatters

Hi Keith, thank you so much for the feedback! We're glad you had an overall positive experience, but we're sorry for the trouble with the fruit flies and ladybugs. We know how annoying that can be, especially without a flyswatter around.
We’ll definitely pass your comments along to the owners and make sure flyswatters are added. We’ll also explore other methods to keep those seasonal guests out. Thanks again for helping us improve, and we’d love to welcome you back for an even better stay next time!

Dream ski in/out location at Saddleback
We loved our recent stay at the A-frame. The home was adorable, clean, and well-equipped for comfort and cooking. The radiant heated floors and gas stove kept it warm and cozy.
The house is right next to the ski slope (smelt steamer) for true ski in/out. This trail was open early season when some of the other trails to ski in/out properties remained closed. The property has breathtaking views of the mountains and lake during the day and an unbelievable view of the stars and Milky Way on clear nights.
The road was easy to navigate even in snow and the driveway was flat. Snow removal was timely with walkways shoveled well.
Morton & Furbish communication and support was excellent and we would highly recommend them.

5 Stars
House was comfortable, nicely appointed and fully stocked with all your needs. Concrete heated floors are a dream for comfort and that snow that makes it in the house. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Location is key with a beautiful view of Rangeley and Saddleback lakes. Ski on and off the mountain access was easy and ideal. Great mountain to ski. Multiple lifts and variety of trails. Spent a weekend with 4 teenage boys. Able to easily cook meals, eat comfortably and plenty of activities provided from TV/Wifi access to board/card games and even ping pong. Master suite has nice sized on suite bathroom/laundry. Upstairs bathroom is good size. Master is on the first floor of the open concept dining/living room, so late night conversations/activities are easily heard, but not overly disruptive. Second bedroom upstairs is a nice size with a queen. Decent storage space in bedrooms and in the main room. Overall, the property is well maintained in a great spot. You're there for the outdoor adventures, but this is a very nice and comfortable space to return to for lunches over the lodge and to nestle into after a long day of skiing. Would highly recommend and consider for future visits!!
