I highly recommend this place for its proximity to Snow Basin and powder Mountain plus all the amenities that it has to offer. The shuffleboard game in the game room was icing on the cake!
Location was great, the condo was really nice and has a cool mountain ambience. WiFi and TV set up was frustrating, TVs barely worked and we could only intermittently access WiFi requiring we use hotspots to do work.

Huntsville/ Snowbasin
Great accommodations. Super easy automated check in and check out process. Unit is super close to Snowbasin and has everything you need for a care free vacation. We appreciate you sharing your home with us.
We stayed here for a weekend ski trip to Powder Mountain & Snow Basin. Condo is in a great location for hitting both mountains.
We have two teens, lots of space for everyone.
The condo is an excellent choice for skiing at Snowbasin! The site is an accurate representation of the condo. Yes, dated a bit, but very clean and comfortable. The beds are great. The hottub access was flooded with snow melt, made a bit difficult to get to it. Absolutely stay again
The house was roomy and cozy and easy to access. Easy drive to Snowbasin. The wifi really needs to be upgraded. You would not be able to work remotely on a laptop. Overall a nice stay.
Great location, close to Snow Basin resort. Great communication with the manager. Please add an address of a location to a confirmation page to make it easier finding it.

Liked: Amenities, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness
The two king beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bottom patio where the hot tub was with filthy with dirt and leafs. The bbq was dirty with left behind meat crust. I would not stay here again for the price I paid.
And there was piles of bird poop literally on the front step as you walk in that we had to maneuver around every time we entered the facility.

Great location but dated and dingy
Great location for skiing at Snowbasin but everything inside seemed to have been there since the 80s. The bed was uncomfortable and carpet and couches showed many many years of use.

Hi Stephanie, thanks for taking the time to review your stay. After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:
- We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location of the property.
- While the decor may not be to everyone's taste, it's in line with the style of many other condos in the area. As shown in the photos, the condo is rustic in style.
- Regarding the mattress, we understand that comfort preferences can vary among guests. While we haven't received complaints about it in the past, we're sorry that it didn't meet your expectations.
- We provided a clean and safe environment for our guests to relax and enjoy their time, especially after a day of skiing. The amenities, including the hot tub, are designed to enhance your post-skiing experience.
- We encourage guests to reach out to us with any questions or concerns during their stay. We pride ourselves on being attentive to our guests' needs and would have been more than happy to assist you promptly.
Once again, thank you for your review.
The Huntsville condo was the perfect setting for our small family gathering. The condo was exactly as advertised. My only caution would be to anyone who planned on taking a "working" holiday... internet connectivity is very poor and it would be difficult to get work done. However, as we were there for play and not work, it wasn't that much of an issue for us. Great place overall and would highly recommend to others.
We stayed here for a Snowbasin ski vacation. It’s an easy 10 minute drive to/from the slopes. The house is very comfortable with two living areas, a well appointed kitchen and a hot tub. It was perfect for our trip and we would stay here again! The only suggestion is to upgrade the WiFi. Streaming was nearly impossible with the current setup.
Súper stay in Huntsville! It is a very good location if you are planning on skiing in Snowbasin! Clean and accommodating. We did have problems with the Wi-Fi in our stay, we were not able to connect to any of the Wii-Fi routers. There were four in our group and all of us had problems. We try troubleshooting but nothing seemed to work. We hope they find a solution. Otherwise, we enjoyed everything! Thank you

Awesome Experience!
This place is very comfortable, and larger than what the pictures make it look to be.
Conveniently located, we stocked up on ski gear at L9 about 15 minutes down the road in the same parking lot we bought our grocery supplies from Smiths (the condo had everything we needed as far as kitchenware, which was great because we were exhausted after being on the slopes at Snowbasin all day and enjoyed eating in).
Snowbasin was about 15 minutes up the road the other direction. We also traveled over to the other side of the lake one of the days we were there, and would estimate Powder Mountain to be about a similar distance.
We also had a couple of times where we needed to interreact with the management team with questions or requests, and they were promptly responsive and very helpful.
We are planning to come back next season already.

We loved the location and general layout of this property, but there were some significant issues while we were there. When we arrived, there was a construction crew digging out/replacing a basement window well right near the front door. The construction crew was noisy and the hole they left was about 6+ feet deep and several feet wide. There was a large pile of dirt and several boards left in the driveway - impeding our ability to get in and out of the front door. The hole itself was marked by only a single strand of caution tape and we were very worried about children falling into the hole. We were in Huntsville for a wedding, so there were family members coming and going (and trying to navigate the construction in the front yard). The toilet in the half-bath on the main floor, began running and overflowing on the first night we were there and we ended up having to mop up water. With considerable effort, we were able to manually push down the float device in the toilet tank, but awoke the following morning to more flooding out of the tank. More mopping and cleaning required. We were unable to turn off the water at the wall and could not locate the main water shut-off for the property. We were grateful to the Property Manager (whom we called that morning). He was able to get a plumber to the house within about 90 minutes and the matter was resolved. That said, the flurry of activity all occurred the morning of the wedding, so it was a challenging start to the day. We appreciate the Property Manager's assistance.

"We want every guest to arrive at a property that’s fully ready for their stay, so we take any disruption or maintenance concern very seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
• The window well replacement was required by the local Fire Department and managed by the HOA. Unfortunately, the timing of the project overlapped with your stay, but it was outside of the owner’s control.
• The plumbing issue was unexpected, but a licensed plumber was dispatched on an emergency basis and resolved the problem early that same morning.
• We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, especially given the timing of your family’s wedding weekend, and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Thank you again for your comments. Feedback like yours helps ensure every stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible."
We took one look and knew this was the place for us! After a very long journey from Japan, where we are stationed, we needed a great place to relax and visit with friends and family. We arrived late in the evening and the self check in instructions were easy as well as being greeted with a wonderful welcome package of drinks and snacks, very appreciated as the kids were famished. The home is beautifully decorated with plenty of space and a natural feel, welcoming to weary travelers looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Every care you could possibly think of was met and some things above and beyond a typical stay with most places... The list is to much for a review, however some of the highlights for our family were the personal hot tub the swimming pool, access to the lake, plenty of family games and the kids loved the shuffle board table every day! We did have a slight problem with near by construction that knocked out power and slowed internet access. The power outage only lasted half a day so it wasn't a huge problem just an unforseen accident. If you're planning on being connected to multiple devices in nature(my oldest and his gaming lol) may be best to leave it at home, remember you're at the lake! With vast natural beauty every where you look and every amenity you could need right around the corner this was truly one of our best trips in the last few years! And our very best trip back to the states in the last 5 years! Personal thanks to Dennis and Tara for making the trip just a little more special the kids are still talking about the cookies! I couldn't recommend this place more as it felt more like home and less than just another vacation property!
