Spend your vacation in this roomy and comfortable house located right in the heart of Cape Cod. Located minutes off of route 6 in beautiful South Dennis, this property is walking distance to a huge recreation area and offers a yard complete with fire pit patio and gas grill. Located on a quiet street right off of Old Bass River Road, this sunny and spacious house is a short drive to beaches on both the bay and ocean sides of the Cape.
Linens and towels are provided. Dogs are welcome but please no cats or other animals.

Christmas Holiday Stay

This was the greatest Christmas Holiday stay we have ever had. This home was so well organized a lot of though went into all of the things included. It was so clean with just about everything you would need away from home. Very quiet neighborhood and a good location. When ever i am staying in this area this would be the home I would look for and stay again.

This was the first time ever renting a house through VRBO. House was exactly as described. The owner was more than accommodating to my group. Perfect place at a perfect location in Cape Cod. Only place I will ever stay in Cape Cod from here on out. We will definitely rent again!

Cozy Winter Retreat

What a great little house!! We felt very welcomed by our gracious hosts. The house was clean and well appointed— kitchenware, towels, really comfortable beds, games, televisions, WiFi, lots of room for our group to hang together or to have a private space. The house is central to A LOT of great mid-cape restaurants and attractions. We hope to make this our go-to getaway spot!!

Before and after wedding retreat

We stayed at this property with our family while we were attending wedding festivities. The house was so great! We were so comfortable staying here. The living area for watching TV, the bedrooms were awesome, the sunroom was gorgeous, and we loved the outdoor patio/firepit area! There wasn't anything that Matt and Abby left out for the comfort of their guests! We wish we could have moved in and never went home!

Birthday getaway

We absolutely loved this house. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and all the extra rooms were fabulous! The teens loved the game room in the basement and we loved the fireplace at night. Perfect Cape Cod cottage!

There were 6 of us adult family members and ALL of us loved this place! I was the one who chose it and everyone kept thanking me and telling me what a great place I picked!!! It was adorable, comfortable, lots of large spaces to hang out in either together or alone. Kitchen was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Close to lots of fun things to do. The hosts were wonderful to talk to…very sweet and friendly and easily accessible. They even left us some goodies upon check in! Would DEFINITELY come back!!!

Very Nice Stay

Stayed at this cute Cape for 4 nights in April. It's extremely well maintained and nicely decorated. Even got the thumbs up from my 12 year old (and she is hard to please!) The hosts have stocked everything you might need during your stay. They even left a welcome basket with all of the ingredients for S'mores, which the kids liked making in the fire pit in the evenings. Bed linens are super clean and crisp but nice and comfy. Plenty of space for all 4 of us + a fenced in backyard for our little puppy dog. The beaches are only a short drive. Also just down the street from a playground/recreation park. We enjoyed our stay-- hopefully we'll come again in the summer when it's warm!

My family and I stayed here to attend our family members wedding at Pelham House Resort. We were consistently impressed and excited with the home and accommodations. 50th Birthday Trip

We stayed at this house when we checked some things off my best friend's bucket list for her 50th birthday. The house was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. We cooked breakfast everyday and we had all everything we needed to do so. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. The gift bag was a very nice gesture and appreciated. We would definitely go back. There was plenty of room inside and out for all 7 of us.
