Stunning Third Creek Townhome located in the heart of Incline Village just minutes' drive from beaches, skiing, and casinos! The wonderful condo has complex amenities which include a summer pool, year-round hot tub, tennis courts, and clubhouse with a pool table! The gorgeous home has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4 people (Note: there is NO sofa bed in this property). There is an unbelievable kitchen with all the utensils you could need, a back deck with a gas BBQ, and a beautiful conversation living room with a river rock gas fireplace! The upstairs master suite is a sight to behold, with a huge wood-burning fireplace, vaulted knotty pine ceilings, a private bathroom, and an enormous deck! This is the perfect luxury getaway for your family to enjoy, any time of year you will be delighted.
Pets are NOT allowed in this property. If you need accommodations for a service animal, please message us and we will help you find alternative accommodations.

MAXIMUM CARS ALLOWED: 2 CAR IN THE PARKING LOT.

Unfortunately, the private beaches in Incline Village are only for owner use . Nearby public beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach. The community pool and hot tub at the complex are available for guest use.

Due to contractual obligations between Lake Tahoe Accommodations and the owner of this property, the responsible guest must be 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card and signed rental agreement before occupancy.

We had everything we needed there. Very roomy. Good location. Would definitely recommend. Only downside was there isn’t any closest space. All the closets in the master are locked and we had to use the coat closet downstairs. Also better selection of television programming. Very clean. Lovely landscaping.

Property is lovely. This unit is geared toward accommodating the owner and lacks a few things like a place to hang (any) clothes in the primary bedroom. Auto locks are not marked so we were locked out while sitting on the patio. Parking is not convenient for this particular unit.

Great Stay in Incline Village

The property is beautiful and centrally located. It is great for families and easy to get to. Would have given this 5 stars if there hadn't been a loud clapping noise every 5 minutes during the night which could have been the heater as we stayed in the winter. So we didn't get much sleep. There also aren't any extra linens so we needed to do several loada of laundry and the washer/dryer is an older model that takes forever to dry towels and clothing. The manager of the property was extremely professional and responsive. Brought extra pillows we requested on the first night as the ones on the bed were extremely uncomfortable as were the linens in general but these are minor issues. The positives like being near the best sledding hill ever and close to northstar and diamond peak ski resorts far outweigh the negatives.
