This cosy 3 bedroom home invites you in as soon as you open the door. With a lovely homely feel, comfortable modern furnishings and a beautifully kept backyard with a BBQ to enjoy, this property is perfect for a getaway for couples or small families. The spacious off-street parking is perfect for those travelling with a boat.

Enjoy the short stroll down to Paynesvilles foreshore and experience some of the beautiful cafes, restaurants and local attractions along the water’s edge. Take a ferry ride to Raymond Island and spot the koalas, throw in a fishing line or take the kids to enjoy one of the many playgrounds.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean , well appointed, spacious and close to facilities - the only negative was that the bed is extremely soft and they have very high end pillows which are very high and we ended up with neck pain -they look beautiful on the bed and extremely luxurious but too firm and not comfortable.

Be Wary-Lack of Privacy and Noisy Main Road

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Be aware that this property is at the front of a subdivided block fronting a main road so there is very little privacy from an unpleasant neighbour and it is noisy. Not the pleasant, peaceful holiday we pictured.

All the little things

This house is amazing for families, there are a lot of little things that make it really enjoyable and easy to stay here. The house has everything you need for young children including a high chair and port-a-cot with a few toys around to keep their interest peaked, the beds are large and comfortable, the shower is large and the addition of a bar heater on the bathroom is a nice touch. The heater heats the whole house fairly quickly which is nice. Large living area and dining room with a large kitchen that had a fresh loaf of bread with fresh jam waiting for us upon arrival. The double entry driveway makes it very handy for people with large cars or trailers like I had. The only slight negative is it’s on the main Rd. Overall I rate this house very highly and would stay here again
