Beds are made, ready to hop into. Doonas, linen and towels are freshly washed and supplied. Bacon and eggs are supplied for the first morning. The pantry has essential condiments and other goodies there for your use.
Family and pet friendly spacious home with secure massive backyard. 300 metres to the Esplanade, shops, eateries, 500 metres to the ferry for Raymond Island. Securily park your car for your stay and walk.
There is a coffee machine and condiments in the well equipped kitchen.

Gippsland Lakes Retreat is a newly renovated spacious, pet friendly Paynesville home. Room enough for dogs, small boats and jet skis or peace and tranquility.
The house comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 people with 3 queen and 2 single beds. Or 3 Queen and 1 King bed. It has a double shower and toilet in the bathroom plus and extra toilet and shower.
No smoking please.
It has a well appointed kitchen to cook in or treat yourself to one of the many restaurants, hotels or takeaways at Paynesville or its surrounds.
Two air conditioners, two gas heaters and a wood fire for the rare cold days, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, electric barbeque, washing machine, dryer and clothes line help make your stay comfortable.
Stay around Paynesville, walk to see the koalas on Raymond Island, take a short drive to Eagle Point to see the lakes from the Bluff or silt jetties or chance seeing the hog deer and kangaroos in the Blond Bay Reserve at dusk.
There is the Gippsland Lakes National Park to see, the Ninety Mile Beach just pack a lunch for a day out.
Places to travel to for day trips include: the Buchan Caves, Lakes Entrance, the Trestle Bridge, the Final Fling Rapids, Mitchell River National Park or Marlo.
Maximum guests eight.
