Welcome to the Monarch Beach House at Long Point – a modern beachfront, 2-bedroom condo loaded with amenities! The condo has an amazing view of Lake Erie with a private beach for condo guests to use right across the street – you’ll be able to enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your private patio, or the condo’s private beach, or rooftop patio. Come and enjoy a memorable stay!!

Please note: The lake levels can vary day-to-day and month-to-month, so there may be more or less beach below the break-wall during your stay.

The space
The Condo:
-- You will have full access to a two-bedroom condo unit on the 1st floor.
The master bedroom has an unobstructed lake view, with a king-size bed and sliding door to the private lake view patio. The master bedroom also has a full ensuite, TV, and full closet for plenty of storage.
-- The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and built-in cabinetry for plenty of storage.
-- The main living area of the condo has a chef’s kitchen, complete with a full-size stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Small appliances include a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and air fryer. There is an eating area, complete with a table & chairs, or pull up a barstool to watch all the action going on in the kitchen.
-- The main living area also includes a lounge area, complete with a large, comfy couch and TV. Enjoy the view of the lake from here on rainy days!!
Walk out through the large patio doors to your private patio and lounge on the Muskoka chairs while taking in the amazing view of Lake Erie.
-- The condo also features a full-size washer & dryer and a second full bathroom, complete with a shower.
-- The condo offers high-speed internet and satellite TV.

Home to many rare bird species, Long Point is also a migration point for Monarch butterflies and has miles of soft sand beaches with crystal blue waters. Well-known as the ‘Canadian Caribbean’ and often called Canada’s Gold Coast, this is the perfect destination for your next vacation!

Long Point Provincial Park: Your rental includes a day pass to Long Point Provincial Park, which is conveniently located just down the road. Long Point Provincial Park is one of the largest bird and waterfowl migration and staging areas in North America and has been designed as a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. The park offers over two kilometers of sandy beaches for you to enjoy!

Restaurants: Long Point has some great casual dining spots to enjoy during the summer months. The area offers additional dining experiences if you are looking for something more formal.

Wineries and Breweries: Norfolk county boasts many great wineries, so you can ‘Toast the Coast’, ‘Ride the Bine’, or plan your own adventure.

Boating and Fishing: If you have a boat, there is easy marina access at the back of the condo grounds. Boat rentals, boat tours, and fishing charters are also available

Birding: Long Point is a well-known migration area for birds and waterfowl. The Long Point Bird Observatory is just a short drive down the road!
