Our property is a 10-minute drive to the Edmonton International Airport, Premium Outlet Mall, or Costco. The Edmonton Soccer Dome is 10 minutes away. Located in the beautiful Southwest Edmonton, our neighborhood is a 15-minute drive to West Edmonton Mall, 10 minutes from Windermere. Plenty of stores to shop at nearby. There is an outdoor gym for gym lovers and a big park to use for free in the neighborhood. There are two City of Edmonton recreation centres nearby.
What makes this property unique
Free street parking is available. Amazon fulfilment Centre is 5 minutes away. 41 Avenue SW takes you directly from and to the airport. Our property is close to Anthony Henday Drive, Calgary Trail, and Gateway Boulevard, making your commute within Edmonton quick and smooth.
