Minutes to St. Kilda Beach, Luna Park, Palais Theatre and city bound trams. This well-appointed apartment offers split system heating/cooling, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, 2 queen size bedrooms (one with an ensuite) two bathrooms and a European laundry.

This contemporary two-bedroom apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the stunning "The Face" building.

Feel at home with lovely fittings, furniture, and split system heating/cooling. A fully equipped timber veneer kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops and with all cooking utensils and crockery provided.

Secure video-com entry & lift access.

Secure onsite parking is available (for small to mid-sized cars) at $20/night. This is paid via EFT prior to arrival. Should you require parking please let us know in advance. Please ask us about alternate options for SUVs or larger.

Best location in st Kilda
This is our second stay at this apartment. You can’t beat the location - 3 minute walk to the bay, opposite Luna Park and Palais theatre, 30 second walk to the number 16 or 96 trams, half way along Acland Street and terrific restaurants and coffee downstairs. We look forward to coming back on our next trip This is dog friendly and our girl loved playing at the doggie beaches then heading home for a rest. Check in is easy, the owners easy to deal with - our request for a second set of keys and parking needs were easily sorted.

Perfect location
Loved the property. It’s I. Prime location centra to transport, shops, entertainment, restaurants and the bay. Beds are comfy and the shower is brilliant I would have liked a second set of keys so we could split and do our own thing. Also the car parking is different but we worked it out
