Located only a few minutes away from the ever spectacular Southbank Promenade which embraces river side restaurants and bars, Art Centre, Federation Square and easy access to public transport. Trams within the city 'free tram zone' and Flinders Street Station are just around the corner.

Melb city stay
The view from the apartment is stunning, and the accommodation is very comfortable. Having 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect for two friends staying together. The location is wonderful too!

The best location
Unit was in a perfect location easy to find and close to transport and restaurants/cafes. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Communication with the host was constant, clear and easy. Thanks so much.

Great clean and comfortable apartment, perfect location, great views
It’s a great apartment in a great location with fantastic views and very comfortable. Easy access to Vic Market, Spencer Street, other CBD areas and Docklands via free tram zone or walks. We enjoyed the apartment and our stay very much. Couple of opportunities for improving are, if the apartment is advertised as the ‘luxury” apartment is very sparsely fitted out for longer stays as far as kitchenware and cooking goes and we ended up having to buy quite a bit as we were there for several weeks, would recommend property manager connects with long stay tenants at least weekly. Property concierge process has pretty low end customer service and unfriendly which also impacted getting deliveries in a timely fashion.
