Relaxation

We took the family for a short little getaway to just relax. The hot tub was the big draw, space for games and puzzles. We could walk to the lake, pretty views from neighborhood streets. We were pleased with quick communication from guest contact, he even called to give me directions for our walk to the lake. It was just the quiet and downtime we needed.

Perfect Family Getaway with Extra Touches

Brady's A frame was ideal for our family getaway. Our family of 7 had a wonderful time durning our stay. The space was perfect for all of us , and we especially enjoyed playing games together at the large table. The back deck was one of our favorite spots for gathering and relaxing along with the daily deer sightings. The coffee bar and abundance of kitchen supplies , spices and plastic wraps were above and beyond what we expected, making it so much easier to prepare some meals at home.We enjoyed the hot tub, firepit and the ping pong table was a hit, that and the thoughtful extras made our stay even better.The attention to details, boat and restaurant recommendations were appreciated. We hope to return and would highly recommend your place to others!

Cleanliness

For the price of the cleaning fee, I feel the house should have been cleaned before we arrived. It seemed that it had been a while since the unit had been cleaned ( maybe cleaned at the previous stay). When the sofa sleeper was pulled out to sleep on pizza, chip/cookie wrappers and crumbs were on the mattress. Also, the grass was quite tall and outdoor furniture cushions needed to be blown off to remove debris.

We're very sorry to hear that you experienced cleanliness issues during your stay. We will be sure to address the cleaning of the sofa bed with our service. -We do apologize about the state of the yard during your stay. Our area had just experienced some strong storms with an excess of rainfall and as a result, we were unable to mow before your arrival. Thank you for your feedback. We hope to have another opportunity to meet your expectations in the future."

Nice house

Made it to house just fine with directions given from Vrbo. Walked in the front door there hadn't been anybody in the home for some time there was dead bugs around the front door. These things can happen quick i get it. Once in the home looked around and it was cold in the house so found thermostat and it was reading 58 degrees in the house thermostat was set to 65 contacted home owner and they said must have had a breaker trip. I found breaker box at request of home owner and found no breakers tripped. Contcted home owner again he came to home verified no breakers tripped then went and checked propane tank outside wich was empty. Should have been checked before we arrived at the home. Owner then took us to a family vaction home and let us stay for the night. My wife and i had not had dinner so we went to dinner and after went back to New house to sleep upon arrival we found water was off to this house due to it being winter and to keep pipes from freezing get that they had problems with this in the past . Contacted rental owner again he conted me back in the morning and directed me to turn water back on so we could take showers and flush toilets that we had used . Not a great start to the weekend but rental owner got propane filled and furnace heating at the rental house and all was good for the rest ofweekend. weekendwweekend.filled n
