This first-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo features an enclosed sun deck with peaceful river views, perfect in every season. Located just five blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and steps from downtown Aspen, it offers both convenience and comfort.

Living & Dining
The open living area includes a flat-screen TV and queen sleeper sofa, plus a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and a separate dining area. Guests also enjoy an office nook and in-unit laundry.

**Please note: Due to building regulations, fireplaces are currently not in use at Chateau Eau Claire. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to enjoy the many other comforts of this condo, including its private river-view balcony, modern interiors, and access to hot tubs, a heated pool, and a fitness center.**

Lovely LDW Retreat!

Great stay in this STR hosted by Aspen's Frias Property rentals. Communication was easy, the condo unit is very spacious, and welcome basket was a lovely touch.

Nice location…but

Nice complex right on the river and just a nice 2 block walk to Aspen and City Market. Unit one is closest to the road so being on the river is effectively eliminated by the cars. The unit smelled Bad, like musty or moldy.. we used Fabreeze And opened up the One living room window but it was still smelly. We would not stay there again.
