A Perfect Location Next to Park and Walkable to Town and Beach. Pet Friendly!
This is the perfect family home with 3 floors of living space. Friends as well will enjoy each bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. A large living room and spacious eat in kitchen with large island leads out to the rear deck with picnic table.
Your dog is more than welcomed!!
Enjoy the covered front porch for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
The 3rd floor sleeping area offers a queen bed, bunk bed (2 twins), a reading area and en suite bathroom with shower.
Conveniently located are the Washer and Dryer on the second floor and a half bath on the first floor.
Enjoy the many restaurants, shopping, ice cream, candy store and of course are beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beach.
On a clear evening, the sunsets are magical!
Enjoy the Concerts in the Park. Bring your beach chairs, blankets and some goodies and your good to go! You can also enjoy the music from your front porch! Concerts every Saturday during the Summer. Walk to the Children's park a 1/2 block away.
Cape Charles is poised for day trips across the majestic Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel to Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, Busch Gardens or North to Chincoteague to visit the wild ponies and spend an afternoon on the Atlantic Ocean.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided, along with a starter pack of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent to help you settle in comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay during our first visit to Cape Charles! The house was perfect for our group. We loved relaxing on the front porch!
The house is located across from a lovely park and just a few blocks to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We would highly recommend Chez CoCo!

Great location and tons of space
This is a spacious duplex a block from the park and a quick walk into town and the beach. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the front porch! Owner was responsive to issues. We would definitely choose this location again.

Very close proximity to the beach and shops! House was exactly like the pictures…very roomy. Only complaint was very little towels for us. Mine and my husbands room only had 1 towel for our bathroom. Our friends had 2 towels. We had to use our beach towels for showers.., that was our only complaint.
