Great Location, Comfortable

The location was great and the views were beautiful from the property although my particular room was facing the parking lot. Otherwise, although the unit could use some updating, it was comfortable, quiet and had everything I needed. Had a great stay.

Great Location!

This was our first time to Pagosa Springs and this was right in the middle of town! The views were beautiful, there were deer everywhere and the place had everything that we needed. The check in process was super easy and the front desk concierge was very friendly and knowledgeable. Only complaint would be that the beds were not the most comfortable, but we were only there for 2 nights so it was okay for this trip.

Check-in was slow and not organized! Inexperienced, didn't read all the notes/requests, confused, unfamiliar with properties. But, the property was clean and everything worked!

I booked through Expedia and then my booking was inexplicably CANCELLED. This trip was for my wife's birthday and we ended up having to come up with new plans on two days notice. I will never use Expedia again and I will warn my friends and family against this fraudulent and entirely incompetent service. Absolutely unacceptable.

Do Not Stay At This Property Or In This Unit Is Not The Unit Shown In The Photos.

The property was not as advertised. There was no mountain or lake view from the unit.. The view was of a parking lot, and the balcony opened out onto a parking lot. The unit was not as pictured. We would not have rented it had the pictures shown the actual unit. The unit was outdated, couch was not the leather couch pictured, the actual couch was old and ripped and dirty, kitchen counter was very small not as shown in picture, there was no garbage disposal, and the unit was not clean. Upon bringing this to the attention of the front desk, they instructed us to forward our email confirmation to the party with whom we booked and gave us the email address to do so, which we then did. We were told by the Wyndham front desk that upon receipt of our emal we would be contacted by the party with whom we booked, and would be given another unit and/or would be given vouchers for use another time, In fact we heard nothing back after forwarding our reservation confirmation. Do not book this unit.
