Enjoy a stylish experience in a central location! This home features beautiful modern finishes with warm touches of birch and other light wood throughout. It has a rec room where you can choose to make it your home gym or a place to kick back, relax and watch movies on the large screen TV. Each room has been uniquely decorated with you in mind! In one of the stylish bedrooms, a work station is available for you to plug in your laptop and work in comfort while not far from your own coffee bar! Also, you can take advantage of a nice day and enjoy a BBQ on the back patio!

Additional notes:
This home is the main upstairs unit of a registered 2-apartment home. This main unit also includes some of the downstairs area which makes up the recroom, laundry room and half bath. The downstairs apartment has its own separate entrance and is occupied by friendly and quiet tenants.

We enjoyed our stay for 6 nights at this property. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. Krista the host was great to work with and we found the Kenmount area to be a great location to get around in and not too far from downtown when we wanted to go and explore there. Overall we love St. John's.

Fantastic place for family

This was a great place. Close to everything. Comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen and bathrooms. Tourist pamphlets and map so we could find extra things to do. Krista was a warm and friendly host. Would gladly stay again next time.

Great stay!

This property was awesome! Very clean, well equipped and great location. Communication was great, property owner was very quick in her response each time we reached out to her. Some really personal touches such as coffee, snacks and everything you would need for your stay. The Jam jams was a nice touch too! We would really recommend this great place to anyone! For sure we would stay there again!
