NOT as described and dirty

We rented this property for a two night stay as a family in TO because the listing said two bedrooms plus a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa does not pull out because the room it is in (closet?) is too small for it to open. The house was filthy, with human hair clumps on the bedding and in shower, spiders and dirt/garbage on floor. Thermostat and towel bar were falling out of the wall, ac didn’t work in second bedroom, listing address was not correct and place took us an hour to find, etc. We asked for all or some of our money back and were met with zero cooperation. Save your money, stay somewhere else.
