I was a little disappointed in this VRBO pictures made it look better than it was. The place was clean for most part but it just didn’t feel clean.
The top of the fridge had dirt all over it after a closer inspection I first thought it was animal poop but I think it was dirt out of the A/C filter that hadn’t been cleaned in forever. The fan that is used for bedroom I took outside and knocked as much dust off as I could. Carpet had a lot of stains on it. When you walked in first thing you saw was a couch that is broken down cushions on it that gives a bad appearance. It needs to go and just put a couple chairs would give a better feel. My wife would not sit on it and I did one time and got up itching and took a shower. Carpet needs to go and be replaced with LVP to give better appearance. You can put lipstick on a pig and it’s still a pig.
Positives was bathroom being clean , great water pressure, bed was comfortable, new appliances only used frig.
When we walked in I had to talk my wife into staying to give it a chance she saw pictures online before I rented as well and she was more so disappointed. I took pictures of top of fridge and cleaned it some when she took a shower, if she had seen that we would found motel in rapid city somewhere.
If you can overlook some stuff this is place for you. Again it seemed to be clean from every other aspect but those mentioned.
