The hosts were very nice and the check in was simple. The place was clean, roomy and had a nice back porch. I would suggest more and bigger ice cube trays since their water isn't very cold.

We appreciate you taking the time to share feedback on your recent stay. We’re glad you enjoyed the house and found the host to be hospitable. Regarding the ice, we understand that the cubes in the tray were smaller than expected, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are committed to ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay and will review this detail to see how it can be improved for future visits. We aim to provide an exceptional experience for all guests, as reflected in the consistent positive feedback we receive.
We enjoyed our stay it was nice and quiet. The house was very nice and above all one of the cleanest I have ever stayed. We will definitely stay again if we come back to the area.
Our stay in Timbo was very relaxing and peaceful. The house was great, the views beautiful and it was fun to watch the cattle in the pasture.Only 15 min to Mountain View or Leslie and maybe 35 min. to Marshall. It was a very nice visit.

Beautiful stay
This home offers an abundance of views. Lazy porch sitting and relaxing. The home met every need on the inside and out. We will stay here again.
The property is exactly as the description says, comfortable and cozy. Billy was a great host, is knowledgeable about the area and gave good suggestions for things to do. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends.

Gorgeous views
Absolutely loved the house. Picturesque views and George was the sweetest dog. The house is perfect, comfortable beds, porch swings for drinking your morning coffee and watching the spectacular sun rises. Quiet location but close to lots of outdoor adventures and plenty of quaint shopping.

Very nice and clean. Friendly owners live close by. Answered any questions we had quickly.
We use VRBO for all of our vacation needs & this is definitely a new favorite!! I’m ready to go back & my daughter just texted saying she wishes we were still there. Such a nice place & we loved the animals coming to visit. The owners are so nice & make the best cookies!! Can’t wait to return to just sit on the back porch!
We loved the house as it was spacious and comfortable. Lots of places to sit and everything provided you could need. Bring food and clothes. Loved the views and the cows that came to see us in the evening. Communication was great.
Mr. Billy was nice. He brought over cookies, and made sure we didn't need anything. The view is amazing. The house was very clean. Will definitely be staying again if in the area. 10 out of 10.
Everything was perfect. Size of house, comfortable beds, well stocked. Outdoor views. Porch swing was perfect. Cows at the fence. George the dog was a great greeter. Will definitely go back to this home.
The house was clean, had everything you needed to feel like home. We had an infant and a 4 year old. The cows are the best neighbors and the landscape is well maintained. I was worried about ticks and fleas but they keep the area well maintained and it was perfect. We were greeted with the BEST cookies and flowers. We will definitely be back!
This rental was even nicer than indicated by the other reviews. It was uber clean, we felt very safe, the front and back porches were especially ideal for sitting and relaxing or just visiting. The view over the back pasture was just picturesque. We will definitely stay here again when in the area and would highly recommend it to friends and family. The hosts Billy and Nancy made us feel so at home and welcome, and were very responsive to all of our questions. Scott and Linda from Stacy, MN
My family and I had an amazing time at this property. The house was just as advertised with the most amazing porch and view to enjoy a cup of coffee. The hosts were outstanding, I've rented houses all over the U.S. and not one single host left us a welcoming gift and they left some amazing treats. Side note, the things to know list they made was very helpful and when you stay here, unpack like normal and then read that list and see if you got some visitors like we did. This made us smile. Great place to stay with peace and quiet and lots of fun things to do in the area. Highly recommend.

Exceptional!
We came to the area for three nights to hike and attend a Bluegrass Festival in Mt. View, AR. This place was wonderful--spacious, updated, comfortable, quiet, and spectacularly clean! Front and back decks (porches :-)) had seating and provided a peaceful, beautiful view of the farm complete with grazing cows. It is a short drive (12 minutes) to Mt. View and 20 minutes or so to some nice hikes. House was well stocked with needed items and hosts communicated well--we even had homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting for us when we arrived! We have stayed in other places in Mt. View, but this place will definitely be our first choice for lodging in the future.
So lucky to have found this hidden gem near Mountain View. We booked over a year in advance to see and experience the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. My husband brought two telescopes for the solar eclipse and the weather cooperated nicely. The photos are accurate and the house was even better than expected, very clean and had everything we needed for our 4-night stay with friends. Easy check-in process and great hospitality from the host, Billy, who checked in a couple of times to make sure we didn't need anything. The fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies were delicious. I enjoyed the visit from the big dog George on our last day. I would recommend visiting Mountain View for an afternoon and definitely visit the amazing Blanchard Springs Caverns (pre-book your ticket online).
Short stay interlude between no vacation for 12 years and probably no vacation ever again, this was the perfect place. Yes and amen to the property and hosts being exactly as described. It was a little hard to find but the host helped above and beyond. Folks we met at Mountain View were super warm and friendly. Especially enjoyed time to sit on the porch and sing and pray. Our adult daughter enjoyed playing and singing Elvis songs with the help of the phone and they seemed to enjoy it. The only thing I missed was an electric can opener, but two of us operating the manual one worked out ok.
