Lovely studio in a picturesque settint
Wonderful stay! Loved the setting in a quiet and cute neighborhood. Enjoyed the PA state park just across the river and loved walking on the NJ side. We found the best croissants ever in a local bakery and were charmed by the entire stay.

This Studio aparment was full of charm, from the farmhouse sink, to the matching cabinets and built-ins, to the beautiful fragrance we smelled outside out door to the flower gardens. The area was quiet. All mountain trails were close by along with some really really great restaurants. We loved it! We called it "Adorbs" ( meaning adorable)
Everything was perfect! The location was walking range to Washington Crossing, the neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and restful. The studio was perfect for us, beautifully decorated and just the get-away we needed. We cannot wait to return!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Barn Studio Suite. The flowering gardens and pleasant surroundings definitely added to the charm of our visit. The premises were spotless and very relaxing. Thanks Pat for being the perfect host and making our stay memorable!

Great location! I stayed here while my daughter was at a camp at Princeton. It’s very close to Princeton and Rutgers while also being right next to state parks, bicycling paths, the Delaware river and lots of hiking nearby. We went into NYC one night, parked at Hamilton station and it’s an only 90 minute train ride to Penn station. Pats a great host- unit has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. Decent restaurants nearby with many options for food or grocery delivery.
Mom mother and I stayed at this suite while visiting family in Pennsylvania. The native garden was beautiful and the location near Washington’s Crossing made it a special treat. The bed was extremely comfortable and the space was very clean. The hosts were accommodating and very kind. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Perfect for 1-2 cyclists
Entry to the Delaware & Raritan Canal is just at the end of the street, and from there are miles of car-free cycling on both sides of the Delaware River. Pat is a great host who not only provides a delightful accommodation for you, but also for your bikes in the garage below the studio. We'll be back!
I absolutely loved the barn studio, the garden, and all the opportunities to walk! Very neat and clean. Good notes and communication on everything. Plenty of areas either right out the door or close to walk, bike, or hike.
This home was beautiful, clean, and the neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. My friend and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable time and the little red bard was perfect in every way. Our hostess was responsive, though we had no issues and so only contacted her once. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. On the first level there is the bathroom and shower and an area to get dressed and keep all your toiletries. When you get upstairs, you enter a huge room that includes two desk areas, a queen size bed, a couch and a kitchen. The space was amazing! Temperature was absolutely perfect and bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the fact that it did not have a TV because I was able to finish my book. and I didn’t have to watch baseball the grounds were gorgeous with tons of natural wildlife and plenty of butterflies. Pat had everything so thoroughly labeled. We had no questions about anything. She was also extremely easy to get in touch with and was very responsive. I highly recommend.
Can not say enough about what a great experience this property is! Spotlessly clean, beautiful scenery and great location. Pat communicates everything clearly in advance and made herself available for questions. The apartment has everything you need if you want to cook or bring food. I was here during a heat wave and the ac combined with fans worked well ensuring the apartment was comfortable.
State park with trails is within walking distance as is river access. Washington crossing state park is just a minute away and worth a walk around.
The bathroom is downstairs with the studio upstairs so if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you. Parking was tight for my large vehicle but certainly adequate. Very private location.

Very Good
Very clean and loved the aesthetic. The shower was very nice too. The water takes some time to heat up but it is hot once it has run for a bit. The host makes herself available for any questions and left notes around the house that were helpful. I also loved that the location was by the river. It made for beautiful walks in the morning. The only drawback I had was that the mattress was a bit firm for me, but my boyfriend slept well in it. I’d say it was worth the price. Just a note for anyone staying here too that there is no tv, but that didn’t bother us as we were out and about most of the time. Thanks for having us!

Perfect Little Barn Getaway
Pat's place is just the cutest place. It was the ideal location for our trip to New Hope, PA and Lambertville, NJ. It was the coziest little barn and very spacious and clean. We met Pat a couple times on our adventures and she was so nice! Thanks for the hospitality, Pat! We will be back!
Great experience. Clean comfortable stay. Beautiful community. Location was perfect for getting out and experiencing what the community and surrounding area had to offer.
