About this property

Mermaid Holiday Home is a two-story waterfront Townhouse overlooking the Port Lincoln recreational marina. The Private Pontoon can be used for swimming and fishing at all times and as a boat mooring on request (*charges may apply)

The home consists of three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has queen size bed, the second bedroom has 2 singles and the third bedroom has 2 singles. There is a double sofa bed located in the downstairs sunroom. The home has reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans. It is fully self-contained including a microwave, TV, DVD player, washing machine, and dryer. WIFI. Linen and towels are supplied.

Mermaids beautiful marina views

Property was excellent for the group we had. Smaller bedrooms were a little smaller than the photos showed. Lower floor laundry/toilet had some issues but top floor bathroom is brilliant. Kitchen had enough things in it although a 4 piece toaster would help. we would definitely stay there again

Beautiful location

This property is in a beautiful location. Unfortunately, the inside of the property is furnished with not nice furnishings or utensils. Beds are not comfortable, kitchen utensils are very old and used. No working lighting out the front of property. It does not tell you in the ad that the pontoon is used by a boat that limits your use of it. We did not stay for our whole weeks booking due to not having a comfortable feel.
