Escape to Ebb Tide Beach Cottage on Harbor Island! The lovely 4 bedroom 3 bath home is just steps from the beach. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the front deck, take a stroll down to the Resort pool and, most importantly, relax and take in the ocean air! There is plenty to do for families looking to book their perfect beach vacation.

The King master bedroom has a Smart TV and large full bath. The Queen bedroom has a Smart TV, and our favorite part, access to the front porch. The Full/Twin bunk bed room has a Smart TV and shares a full bath with the Queen bedroom. On the second level you'll find a private King suit with a private full bath and small deck.



The living and kitchen areas feature an open floor plan with big windows so you won't miss the ocean views when cooking a meal or watching TV if your favorite game is on. There is an additional dining area with plenty of room to seat the whole family. The Carolina room is a great spot to enjoy bird watching or any of the wildlife here on Harbor Island. In addition, there is a poker table for family members who enjoy some competition! You also have access to the front deck from the Carolina room.



The front deck offers a swing bench, outdoor dine seating, and wonderful views of the beach. Many guests enjoy their morning coffee or after dinner drinks here, we think you will too! The third floor deck has seating as well for anyone looking to soak in the stunning ocean views.

Loved our stay

We absolutely loved our stay this year. This is our second family vacation on the island and this was by far the better location. The house was perfect for us! Only downside was no access to a golf cart but that wasn’t the end of the world! Will definitely try booking again in the future!!

Wonderful Stay

This house was perfect for our large family to come and spend the week together! It was beautiful and the beds were so comfy! The view was amazing and we loved the little round table in what we called the “game room.” The outdoor water hose busted during our stay and the host was quick to replace with a new one. This was our first time staying at Harbor Island, but definitely won’t be our last!

Great vacation July 2023

We enjoyed our stay at 2 Ebb Tide on Harbor Island. Located across the street from the beach we enjoyed wonderful views. The evening breeze was nice has we had our dinners outside as the sun went down. We used the pass to Hunting Island and appreciated that opportunity. The management team was very responsive to questions before and during our visit.

Perfect family vacation spot!

Spent a week with the family at this beautiful home with everything you need, and plenty of room to spread out. Perfect place for a family vacation! Quick 2 minute walk to a quiet uncrowded beach. Fishing was great, and the community pool was a bonus. Kids loved digging up crabs in the tide pools. Spent most evenings swinging on the porch and watching the stars! Best vacation ever! We will be back!

We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay with us on Harbor Island. Our goal is to provide a 5 star experience for every stay. The only issue mentioned is regarding parking rules. Our listing clearly states that 1 parking pass is included in the rental price and that additional passes are available for purchase. Parking fees are established by and remitted to the HOA.

Relaxing vacation May, 2023

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was very clean and well kept. The swing was really nice. The property manager (Barry) was very helpful and always available via phone. It is just a short walk to the beach and the beach wasn't crowded at all, some days it was almost like having you're own private beach. The only negatives things that I could say is that it didn't come with the use of a golf cart and as a guest I wasn't comfortable with the "Ring" cameras on the outside, although if I was the owner I would want them. All in all we really enjoyed staying at this rental house and I would highly recommend it. We plan to stay there again next year. Can't wait!!
