Overall a quite spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment that met our needs. There were a number of small maintenance issues that need attention which I told the host about so hopefully they will be fixed for future guests. One of the bedrooms has quite a bit of mold on the walls as do the bathrooms, probably because the exhaust fans in these spaces aren't effective at all.Because this property is managed through a property management group, I dealt with multiple different people and I found communication erratic at times, with me having to follow up on some emails. They also sent me an email saying all their check ins are done in person and they would meet me at the apartment at a specific time. Instead, I received an email about 1 hour prior to the meeting time with written check in instructions. I did not see this email until I had already gone to the apartment at the specified time and no one turned up.
