It is Quiet but close to all the activities, and the view is just spectacular. The bus stop is right at the doorstep if public transport is required. The pool and Gym are great. The dedicated underground parking spot is wonderful to have.

The property was beyond its description. Perfect location, close to transit, sunsets were amazing. The host was attentive and provided us with everything we needed for a perfect vacation.
Absolutely loved Rex’s apartment it was beautifully decorated also had a large smart tv and the comfortable beds.
Amenities are a five minute walk away including supermarket bottle shop and lots of coffee shops and restaurants! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Fantastic stay from start to finish, communication with owner was excellent, apartments was very spacious clean and comfortable with a large balcony, we stayed over the new year and debated where we would go to try and watch the new year fireworks, we decided to watch them from the apartment balcony as everywhere was very busy and we were not disappointed, the view of the city skyline and fireworks was fantastic. Definitely recommend this apartment, we had a bus stop just outside the apartment which would get us into the heart of the city within 10 mins. There is a small shopping area with a couple of restaurants within a 10 minute walk call TheTram Shed which is definitely worth a visit and also had an ice cream shop which was always busy. If we ever visit again I wouldn’t have any hesitation booking this apartment again.
We stayed one week visiting our son who lives locally - the flat was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable - the view was incredible and we could open the doors fully to enjoy the birdsong Lovely area for cafes and shops and restaurants Recommend
Our stay in this stunning apartment far exceeded our expectations. Rex and Peta have considered every detail to ensure their guests stay in the utmost comfort and convenience.Needless to say, we will now be making this our 'go to' place when visiting Sydney.
This property was the best rental I have stayed at.Location was spot on for our needs ie medical services at PA Hospital and the apartment is very stylish with everything you could want.Close to the city with a small shopping centre a block away.The view back towards the city is wonderful and Rex was very helpful.

Thanks for your review & glad that you enjoyed the stay. The facilities are indeed very much resort style but quiet on the 10th floor.
The pictures do not do this place justice - it is better than any five star hotel! Spotlessly clean, well equipped (no fewer than two le creusets), and the 50m pool, gyms and indoor pool are as good as they sound! Great location too, if you want to get into the city - bus right on the doorstep direct to Martin Place. 5 minute walk to local shops with a good supermarket and cafes. Thank you for having us.
Apartment was clean, tasteful and comfortable. Nice touches (like movable window shades) and modern appliances. Stunning views of Sydney from large balcony. Wonderful location, close walk to cute local cafes and easy bus to other locations. Host was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Great location & views, beautifully furnished & very clean. Very well stocked & supplied with essential kitchen items, appliances & basic cooking supplies. Wonderful cafes, a cute market for all our essentials were very nearby, as was the light rail.

The Sterling Circuit development has 2 swimming pools and 2 gyms, its in a great location for public transport and has secure private parking. I would normally mention an area for improvement but this apartment is superb - and i would definitely look to stay again
