**TOWNHOME-STYLE CONDOMINIUMS IN THE SOLAMERE NEIGHBORHOOD OF DEER VALLEY**



Deer Lake Village condominiums feature a full kitchen, hardwood floors, stone

fireplace, washer and dryer, jetted tub, private outdoor hot tub, private

garage and complimentary wireless Internet. Situated three-quarters of a mile

from the base of Deer Valley Resort, complimentary in-town transportation

offers access to the resort and Park City’s Historic Main Street.



Deer Lake Village 2426 first bedroom, on the upper level, has a king bed and

futon with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a combined shower and tub with

single sink.



The second bedroom, on the upper level, has two queen beds with en suite

bathroom. The bathroom has a combination shower and jetted tub and double

sink. The residence has an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower and a

single sink. There is also a sofa sleeper on the main level.



This residence also has a full kitchen, fireplace, patio, grill, private hot

tub, jacuzzi tub and private single car garage.



This condo is managed by Deer Valley Resort.
