Comfortable and welcoming from the start. Bob is a gracious host and the house is ultra clean and comfortable. The house is stocked with plenty of supplies for a long weekend and the neighborhood was lovely as well. We will definitely come back soon.

Cute little home

While the location was a bit farther away from downtown Tallahassee and Florida State University than I had hoped, it is a cute little home. I wish the furniture in the living room was more comfortable, otherwise the bedrooms and bathroom were perfect for our needs. The small screened patio was a bonus for a morning coffee or afternoon beverage.

Very inviting and comfortable. Host did excellent job with little extras including welcoming bottle of wine and coffee ready for first morning. Quiet neighborhood and great location. We look forward to staying again.

Immaculately kept property

The property is very clean and updated. The three bedrooms are well appointed with plenty of linens, flat screen TVs and remote controlled ceiling fans. The kitchen has updated appliances and can accommodate (4) for eat-in dining. The lanai is a welcomed space during evenings and the family room is the perfect gathering spot.

Gorgeous & cozy

Everything was as described or better. Check in process was super smooth. Had a minor issue with the AC and was surprised at how fast the response and resolution was. My family and I travel a lot and were really impressed by the home but mostly management the services. Best we’ve had yet…We'll be back!

Wonderful place for a relaxing getaway

Our family had such a great time at this fantastic property! The owners were so easy to communicate with and were very warm and responsive. We stayed the weekend so we could tour FSU with our daughter. This home was close to campus, lots of great restaurants and convenient to anything you might need. The home was in a nice quiet neighborhood and it was immaculate inside. We loved the modern but cozy style of the interior. We definitely only want to stay here anytime we are in Tallahassee.

The home is very clean and everything was in good working order, the owners have added many extra amenities. The yard is fenced for your pet. The location is good and safe. I would not hesitate to stay here again! This is my first time booking with Evolve and if this rental home is any indication of their other other rental homes, I will be booking with them in the future.

Check in was great no issues. The kitchen supplies could be updated. The pans were well used and not meant for a flat top stove. They have ridged bottoms so they move across the stove so you have to watch them. The burner controls need adjustment. Several times people accidentally turned them on when they were barely bumped.

They thought of everything!

Beautiful home with every amenity - plentiful towels, soaps, toiletries and the myriad small kitchen necessities. Large spacious backyard with night lighting for our dog to play. Easy check in, one car garage and ample additional parking. Safe, quiet, tree-covered neighborhood to take long walks. I don’t want to praise too much because we will be back for sure during our kids college careers :)

Excellent hosts, neighborhood, and property!

The host was excellent, and cordial. Reached out to make sure we knew he was available and that the check-in process went smoothly. We are a family of four with two corgis. The property was very centrally located, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. Very nice fenced yard and screened in breakfast patio. We were touring FSU, taking in Tallahassee, and visiting Alligator Point (dog-friendly beach). Will definitely be staying again. Family approved!

The property was very clean and met our needs for the weekend. The kitchen was very well stocked (cookware, spices, coffee, even wine). It's not a house to "lounge around" but it was more than sufficient vs. a hotel for sleeping.

The house was cute, comfortable and clean. We were down to visit family and go to the FSU football game so the location was perfect. We had a slight issue with getting into the place but were able to get with the property manager to resolve the issue quickly. Loved the "coffee and tea bar!"

Week for vacation and moving daughter into FSU. Property is fully stocked with linens and condiments, laundry, coffee bar and kitchenware Need to buy own food supply only. Comfortable beds and tv in each bedroom. Clean house and beautifully decorated. Would definitely come back without a doubt.

Just a short stay of 2 nights. The "house" was , as advertised" and very comfortable. It was located in an older, quiet, established neighborhood. No complaints, would stay here again.

Youth Bowling Tournament

This house was just the right size for our family of 4. The pictures on the listing are spot on. The kitchen had all of the necessities needed to cook a meal. If you like high pressure water for your showers, this house has it. We were thankful that the master bath had a way to turn the pressure down. It is close to everything within Tallahassee. We will look for this property again when we have to visit. A huge plus for me was the communication with the property owner via email. They responded multiple times within a timely manner and allowed us to check in a few hours early.
