This is a great location: 3 minutes to I-10, dozens of restaurants and attractions. 12-minute ride to the new Amazon complex, 22 minutes to the State Capital and Doak Campbell Stadium. Beautiful new home (except garage), comfortable beds and linens. This house is a straight 5 Star home and I think you’ll be happy staying here.

Perfect Home!

We were in town for our daughter’s grad school graduation so we had our entire family. Gregg was super responsive when booking and throughout the entire process. The house was impeccable, clean, large and the outdoor patio space was great. The kitchen, family room area was perfect for our large family. I can’t say enough great things about it. Would book again if traveling to Tallahassee!

Fabulous

Our family came in for an FSU game and wedding and this house was just perfect. We really loved the outdoor living room. House is immaculate and new. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Family Trip

My wife and I were more than pleased with the cleanliness, comfort, location, and set up of the home. The open plan afforded a great space to cook and mingle with family. Our adult daughter is in a wheelchair and there was ample room for us to move her around with ease. The patio is yet another relaxing, comfortable area to gather. Would definitely stay here again, Thanks!

The BEST ABNB ever!

Unfortunately My family and I traveled to Tallahassees for a funeral 😢 loosing a love one is never easy. I was scrambling to find a home that was clean, and in a great neighborhood; however I received much more!! No only was the home absolutely beautiful, the neighborhood was so peaceful but Greg made our stay feel like home.. Ive stayed in ABNB's all over the world and he was the nicest property manager I ever encountered👌Thank You

Comforting Stay

We booked this home after getting the news that our mom had past away suddenly. Gregg, responded quickly to our request for his home in our time of need and distress. We flew in that day and settle in for what was some difficult days ahead. The home was exactly as stated on the site. It was clean, well stocked, with great amenities and close to major stores and highways. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay with such a wonderful host during our difficult time. We'll definitely stay here again when we are back this way.

Immaculate, Well-Appointed House

The house has beautiful, comfortable furnishings and was immaculately clean. Sometimes houses used for rentals can come across as cheap but no expense was spared here. The front and back porches are also beautifully done and very inviting. The hosts were some of the most generous I’ve experienced in terms of providing towels, coffee, laundry supplies, ziploc bags, etc. This is especially meaningful when traveling with a small child. Just one thing to check on before you reserve: if you have very specific sleeping or privacy requirements for your guests, check with the hosts before booking to get a thorough understanding of the bedroom and bathroom arrangement.

The perfect house for the perfect Florida State football weekend! The house was set up well for our family with plenty of room for everyone. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Hosts had great communication and the check in/check out was easy. Beautiful house and stay in Tallahassee

Our family of 5 needed to be in the area for medical reasons and wanted a spacious, safe, suburban area to stay for 10 days. So glad we picked this place - it was great for our needs and family. It was close to many shops/restaurants (few minutes away) and near most places we visited. Location was safe and quiet. House was clean and comfortable, and it had many fine features like a mirror defogger, quality appliances, a movie theater, keyless entry, etc. Beds and pillows were comfortable! Plenty of towels! Even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Loved that there were a few items left in the pantry from other guests. And that there was plenty of seating for meal time and game time. If we are ever in the area again, we will happily be staying here! Note : Not a problem, but there were not any lidded dishes/containers, so just an FYI to have your own or buy some ziplock bags.

We traveled to Tallahassee for the funeral of a dear family member and needed a place where our extended family could stay together in comfort. This house was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and it provided a comfortable space for us to gather, share meals, and support one another.The location was convenient, and the home had everything we needed to make our stay easy during a difficult time. Communication with the owner was prompt and professional, which we really appreciated. We’re grateful to have had such a good place to stay and would gladly recommend this home to others.

Wonderful Weekend in Tallahassee

Our family was in town to visit our daughter, a freshman at FSU. The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It's located on a quiet street and very convenient to several supermarkets, restaurants and other stores. We had a great time and hope to return soon.
