Southtown is a two-square-mile space just a few blocks below San Antonio’s touristy epicenter. Throughout this historic neighborhood are grassroots art communities and notable architectural gems as well as more than enough unpretentious watering holes and good restaurants to make you consider taking up permanent residence.

This is a hip, up-and-coming area of downtown San Antonio. It's relatively quiet compared to central downtown areas and has a lot of unique, local restaurants/bars in the area.

You will have 1 parking space in the attached garage. There is also a public transit bus stop at the northwest corner of the property.

For your safety, we have exterior cameras at the property that monitors entries/exits.
- Local residents need to communicate the intent of their stay, name, email and age prior to instant booking to avoid cancellation.

- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.

- No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes the balcony.

- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

- A guest is considered an "overnight guest" after 10 pm

- No loud music

BETTER THAN HOTEL

Great stay close to Riverwalk. Great small HEB Market across the street. Great for walking to get groceries. Excellent communication. We rode in on our motorcycle and Ritchie communicated with parking staff so it didn’t get towed (since we cannot hang parking pass on bike. Only issue was shower floor looks dirty/stained; could use some scrubbing). Not a show-stopper for us. Will stay here again.

Lovely place with safe parking

The property was very pretty. Nice area and free parking. It was in between the Riverwalk and the Market. Would stay with them again.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

We enjoyed our stay very much! First and foremost, the condo was very clean. The kitchen - dishes/utensils/cookware were minimal, and matched/coordinated, which was fine with us - I hate when I stay somewhere and the kitchen items look like they were pieced together from a yard sale. My only issue with the kitchen was there was only ONE kitchen towel - we hit the Dollar General and purchased two other towels - which we left in the condo, since they matched the color scheme. Having laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper provided was extremely generous and very much appreciated. The living room - furniture was wonderful and comfortable. The bedroom - appreciated the drawer space and the tv. However, the pillows are very uncomfortable - they flatten to almost nothing. My side of the bed had a huge dip in it, but my hubby said his side was fine. The bathroom - we loved the space, the shelving to store toiletries, and the large glass doored shower - although the floor of the shower looked a bit dirty/worn out. The walk-in closet - was great, loved the space and the shelving - personally, we could have used more hangers, but not the end of the world. We appreciated the security to the entire building - needing a fob to enter the garage, the building, and stairwells made us feel very safe during our stay. Although you're limited on which parking spaces to use, there was plenty of parking, on our floor, during our visit. We did not get the chance to use the pool - but it did appear to look very nice. The convenience of where this condo is located, was a great plus for us - we were able to walk to so much during our time in San Antonio. Even though we had a few minor issues, as mentioned above, overall, we had a very enjoyable time in this rental and would certainly not hesitate to come back. Thank you!
