Brand new and ready for you to enjoy all that Wanaka offers for your holiday to our wonderland. Enjoy a Central Otago Pinot while watching the sun go down over Treble Cone from the large open plan lounge surrounded by windows that lead out onto an entertainer's dream deck.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this high-quality property has everything you could want for during your Wanaka Holiday. Enjoy a new fully equipped kitchen and laundry, plus the internal access double garage has ski storage and a heated cupboard to air your ski and snowboard gear. The new beds complete with featherdown duvets and quality pillows are the perfect place to recharge for your day ahead.
The property is located a short 5-minute drive to town and close to mountain biking and walking tracks giving you the chance to enjoy the diversity of activities on offer. Eely Point is a 2-minute drive to one of Wanaka’s favourite local lake spots and is great for boating and BBQing.
Central ducted heatpump for heating / cooling in the kitchen / living / dining and bedrooms plus underfloor heating in the bathrooms and heated towel rails.
A dedicated office workspace including a printer and monitor is available for guest use. Perfect for those on working holiday!
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property please.
**There is a port a cot available free of charge. You will need to bring your own baby bedding. Please ensure you request this at time of making the booking**

Our flexible bed configuration allows for the option to have either single beds or a king-sized bed upon request, with a fee applicable for this customization.

We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
