Very comfortable villa, classified 3 stars, of 120 m2 living space located in Port Camargue in the town of Grau Du Roi:
- 10 minutes by bike from the Grau du Roi beaches and the Espiguette beach;
- 10 mins walk from a shopping center
This villa will offer you:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, double glazing, electric shutters;
- 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets;
- 1 large open kitchen, fully equipped, oven, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher, 4-burner hob, 2-burner gas hob, washing machine and dryer;
- 1 living room, 1 convertible sofa, a leather living room, 1 large color TV, a stereo and wifi
- 1 unheated indoor pool and 1 inflatable spa for 6 people
- 1 garden furniture
- 1 covered terrace
- 1 terrace with table and armchairs, gas barbecue and electric covers
The villa is fully air conditioned and fenced with 1 electric gate.
It offers a vehicle space in the garage and a space between the gate and the garage entrance.
There is also a second gate for access to the garden / terrace so your pet can be outside safely.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental (additional charge and on request: € 15 for a large bed, € 10 for a small bed and € 5 per person for a set of towels)
The end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the rental price (€ 90 extra)
We accept holiday vouchers and your pet is also welcome (no extra charge).
A deposit of € 800 is to be returned by check not cashed on the day of arrival.
We are present to welcome you and live 10 minutes from the house.

Sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Villa, wobei sich ein neuer Anstrich des Gebäudes lohnen würde (vor allem im Terrassenbereich). Check-IN vor Ort war einfach und sehr freundlich. Abschließbare und gesicherte Einzelgarage steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Sehr große Terrasse mit überdachtem Pool (ca. 3m x 5m). Die Terrasse ist in Richtung Osten ausgerichtet und somit nachmittags und abends ohne Sonneneinstrahlung. Sehr schöne Strände in dieser Region. Kulinarisch ist diese Region TOP. Um zu Fuß in das Stadtzentrum zu gelangen muss man ca. 3 km zurücklegen (45 Minuten).

Ruhiger und entspannter Aufenthalt

Die Villa hat eine ruhige Lage zwischen anderen Villen. Für Urlaub mit Hund optimal geeignet, da ein kleiner Garten die Villa von 3 Seiten umgibt, in der unser haariger Freund frei herumtollen durfte (ausbruchsicher!!!). 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen kleinen See, optimal zum joggen oder einen Morgen-/ Abendspaziergang zu unternehmen. Auch einige Restaurants können von der Villa aus in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Zum Strand muss man allerdings mehr Zeit einplanen oder das Auto nehmen. Die Villa besitzt auch einen kleinen Parkplatz, in dem das Auto sicher im Hof geparkt werden kann. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten eine super Zeit dort!

Super sejour debut octobre! Super contact avec les proprietaires, tres efficace. La meteo nous a meme permise de profiter de la piscine avec les enfants Juste une surprise: le Super U situé a proximité a fermé fin septembre pour la saison hivernale alors pour faire les courses il fallait compter sur le velo ou la voiture.

Après un chaleureux accueil par M. et Mme. Beaulieu nous avons passé une très agréable semaine de vacances dans la maison. La description sur le site correspond à tout point de vue avec la réalité. La maison est bien située dans un quartier calme et à l’abri des regards des voisins. La piscine est appréciable pour se rafraichir après une visite sous le soleil du Sud. Et pour les plus frileux il y a le jacuzzi. La cuisine et très spacieuse et très bien équipé. Le frigo américain qui fournit à la demande des glaçons et de l’eau fraiche c’est top quand il faut chaud. La chambre parental est aussi très grande et avec des larges placards intègres. Il y a amplement de la place pour ranger ces affaires. La maison est un bon point de départ pour explorer les environs. Nous vous la conseillons sans hésitations.

Perfektes Haus mit genialer Lage

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Urlaub in Le Grau du Roi. Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet (die Küche und der Wohnbereich sind genial), sondern auch der Gartenbereich mit Grill und der Pool sowie der Whirlpool haben uns und den Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Obwohl der Pool unbeheizt ist, war er im Juni schon angenehm warm. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig, aber nur wenige Meter vom nächsten Supermarkt (Super U Express) entfernt. Mit den Fahrrädern waren wir in ca. 10-15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum bzw. an der Promenade bzw. in ca. 20 Minuten am herrlichen Plage de l'Espiguette. Auch Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Aigues Mortues sind mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

My name is Didier Audrin, I have been renting my only villa for 23 years, with this chance to live in the biggest European marina in Port Camargue

Why they chose this property

I have been living in this villa for 25 years, because I love the sea and the Camargue, and I can go sailing every day, I can play golf, I like to go cycling with my mountain bike in Camargue, hiking along the lake, to savour sea products (fish and shellfish) and I love being able to do all of that locally.

What makes this property unique

This recent villa is located in a very quiet housing estate. It is built with modern materials; as a result it is very well isolated: double glazing, no noise, electric opening/closing system, very comfortable. I wanted a large room (100 m²), with the living room, the dining area and the kitchen opening onto terraces: 1 with the heated pool, 1 other, covered, in the garden. Large garage and 2 outdoors car park.
