Jurij is a wonderful host and his property is fantastic! Very well equipped with everything you need and in an excellent location. The pool and lanai are great. The house is in an excellent location; close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We have stayed in Gulf Gate Estates a few times before however this property is the best by far! Highly recommend.

This is our second time staying at Jurji’s Seagate property, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need for a family vacation. The pool is fantastic, and the location is unbeatable, as it’s less than 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach!Jurji is also an incredible host. He is extremely accommodating, responsive, and communicative, and he goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need throughout your stay.We absolutely love this property and can’t wait for our next family vacation here. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Siesta Key and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly communicative. They provided everything we needed well before our arrival, including the Wi-Fi password, check-in instructions, and helpful information about the home, which made the entire process seamless. When we arrived, the house was spotless and exactly as described. We noticed one very minor cosmetic issue and let the host know right away. They responded almost immediately, letting us know they were already aware of it, which we really appreciated. Their honesty and quick communication gave us peace of mind. The location was perfect, just about 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach and very close to our family who lives in the area. We were very close to all shopping and restaurants which made getting around incredibly convenient. Our kids absolutely loved having the private pool, and one of our favorite features was the child safety fence surrounding it. Since our granddaughter is only one year old, it gave us an extra level of comfort while everyone enjoyed the outdoor space.Overall, this home was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and hosted by someone who truly cares about their guests’ experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Siesta Key!
