This home is recent new construction with amazing details. The home has 4 separate sleeping areas with 5 queen beds and 1 full bed and 3 full bathrooms. When you walk into the house, you enter an open concept first floor. The living room has a 70" UHD 4K TV with a retro gaming console. A large custom built sofa comfortably fits your entire group. Walking further into the house there is a separate dining table with additional seating at a large, 8' kitchen island. The kitchen is designed for the chef of your family. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a large family meal at home.
Going down one level, there are two queen beds on the lower level. A 65" 4K TV is on the lowest level, creating a great second area to watch TV or a movie. A full bathroom with rainforest shower head is on the lowest level.
Heading up to the second floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a hallway closet with a washer dryer. The front bedroom has a juliet balcony, perfect for morning coffee or getting fresh air. Each bedroom has a 40" TV and Chromecast Streaming devices are connected to every TV in the house. The beds in each room are extremely comfortable and are perfect for a good nights sleep after a day of sight seeing or night out.
Walking up to the top floor, you'll see a master separated suite. On the left is the master bedroom, with amazing city skyline views. A large balcony is off the master bedroom with a small chair and table to relax and enjoy the view. A 60" 4K UHD TV is in the master bedroom. Across the hall from the bedroom is a massive spa-like bathroom. 2 separate sinks make getting ready much easier. An extra large bathtub is perfect option to destress. The master shower is very large with a large bench and 3 shower heads.
Continuing up the steps leads you to the rooftop deck with amazing, clear city views. The deck is a perfect place to hang out and enjoy a perfect view of Philadelphia.
The house also has a small back patio with a grill available to use.
TVs in the house rely on streaming apps and OTA. Guests are encouraged to bring their logins for Netflix, Hulu, HBO etc to stream their favorite content.

All guests regardless of age count towards the number of guests. Total number of guests in the house may not exceed the number of guests indicated at booking. Please note there is a fee for more than 8 guests.

No parties are permitted in the house. This includes bachelor and bachelorette parties. The house is in a family friendly neighborhood and is not a party house.
External Security cameras monitor and record the entrances of the house.

Smoking is not permitted on the premise.

Guests have access to the entire property except for an owners closet on the third floor.

Please note that lease agreement contains the house rules and the binding cancellation policy.

Great spot in south Philly

Really enjoyed our stay in Point Breeze. It was nice to be outside of the city center & in more of a residential neighborhood. Close enough to the city but also not too far from the sports stadiums further south. Definitely recommend.

Birthday celebration in Philadelphia

The house was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top deck was great but it was too cold at night to really enjoy it. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Clean, spacious with great views

Our family had an amazing stay at Sean's house. The house was very well stocked and clean. The rooftop views were incredible and we loved spending a fall evening up there. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and the bathrooms were very clean, something my wife greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Philadelphia.

Amazing location!

The house itself is amazing for large groups and activities. The roof top has great views of downtown especially at night. There is a park around the corner. Walking distance to the famous Gino's and Pats for cheesesteak. Short uber ride to Lincoln Financial field for Eagles games. I will definately stay here again when in Philly!

Amazing Rooftop View

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a conference at the Convention Center. Quiet neighborhood. The rooftop city view is exquisite! Parking is limited but not a problem if you use a ride share service. Sean (host) was very responsive to any questions.

Girls’ Time Out

Unit was well equipped to handle six women with each having their own bed and two per bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. Close to the airport, grocery store, liquor store and a nice restaurant- Chick’s. As in previous reviews, parking was TIGHT! We are seniors so if we could do it, you can do it!

Conference Stay

We had a great time in PA staying at this property. The house was ready when we got there with bottles of water and snacks waiting on us. Sean was professional and provided all information prior to us arriving. The location is a little further out from town than we expected, but was overall very nice. Parking was readily available on the street in front of the home. My team loved the house, especially the rooftop. We would absolutely stay here again.

Check-in disaster.

I checked in late due to a flight delay. I arrived at the property roughly between 10:45-11pm. The neighborhood has a typical philly inner city feel. Row homes, and narrow streets. The lighting in the home is lit well. Love the open layout. The curtains to the front window measurements are slightly off, I notice because I always think about the safety of my family. As I approached the kitchen a mouse ran by my foot, and under the fridge. And I took a step back into the dining room area. And then another ran under the fridge. After that scene, I checked out immediately. My entire weekend was ruined. And now the host hasn’t been responsive.

The description and pictures on the website are misleading. The website states “new construction” and shows to be clean and bright. The home was renovated but was definitely not clean. The walls are dirty and all the area rugs need to be replaced. The bathrooms were all big and redone, but there was visible mold in the basement bathroom. We also were unable to use the one of the bedrooms on the second floor due to a broken bed that was obviously “rigged” to be usable. The air conditioner was also not working on the main floor during a stretch of 90 degrees. We called and the owner did respond and was quick to give a 100 refund for the inconvenience. It took two repairman and it still was not right. The refrigerator was also losing cold air because the freezer was not closing properly.We feel the house was not ready for use and these issues had to be known or never checked.The “cleaning fee” should be refunded. It clearly wasn’t used for our visit.On a positive note, it is roomy and the bedrooms were comfortable. The rest of the bathrooms were ok.Bring your own blow dryer! The one in the master bath is unusable.My family and I did have plenty of room and did some cleaning when we got there.The upper deck saved the trip. The skyline is beautiful but the house needs paint and a professional cleaning. For what we paid, we deserved it.This is the first negative review that I have ever given. Saving the pics!

It was okay but....

My friends and I stayed here for a small get together to celebrate our friend getting married. The check in process was okay and Shawn responds rather quickly but he also required A LOT of information beforehand which we've NEVER experienced with renting on vrbo and this was a bit frustrating. Also, the pictures led us to believe the home was pretty spacious which it was for the MOST part but the bedrooms are pretty small. The house also wasn't as clean as we would have liked, especially the kitchen. The garbage was full, the counters were sticky and the ice machine didnt work. In addition, the house had a bunch of ants, especially in the kitchen and dining area. I killed 21 ants in total, and again those are just the ones I killed. This made it a bit uncomfortable as I'm sure you can imagine. I will say, again, that Shawn responded quickly when reaching out to him leading up to our stay and was very accommodating with allowing us to return to the home when 1 of the ladies realized they left their car keys inside. Overall we made the best of our stay and had a great time celebrating our friend.

Great Stay for a Philly Weekend

This was a nice spot to celebrate a birthday with the family. Plenty of room for 8 adults to hang out together and take a breather if needed. We cooked some yummy meals in the kitchen. Had some fun with the shuffle board. And took in the beautiful views from the roof. There is also a good coffee shop steps away. In regards to parking, we found spots and parked our cars for the weekend. We walked or used Uber/Lyft to get around the city. Overall, it was a great stay!

The property was nice inside. Upon arrival, there were a couple things that could have been cleaner. We found an empty used water bottle in the living room and some things on a bathroom floor. The style of the house was very modern and there was plenty of room for 8 of us. Parking was much more difficult that anticipated- it took us 40 mins to find a spot the first night we arrived. The neighbor didn’t feel extremely safe, so we didn’t want the car too far away, but it was unavoidable at times. The rooftop deck was very nice and had a great view of the skyline.

Convention Stay

Overall the property listing was accurate and the amenities were great. My only suggestion is to avoid confusion I would state that access to bedrooms are via inside stairs. I stress inside because if one has limited mobility, persons would know this before booking. Your comments on parking were spot on; very limited. When in Philly I would seek to rent again. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Great property

Very neat and tidy, the perfect property for what we needed. Stayed for a work conference with coworkers. House was located close enough to a subway that we didn’t have to drive and pay for parking at the convention center. Plenty of space and room for all of us. Accommodations were clean, beds comfy, and had everything we needed for being out of town guests. Amazing views from the rooftop deck. Neighborhood was very quiet with some great eateries located within walking distance. Owner was available if needed and was great with communication from booking to check-out. Would recommend.

Better than pictures

The point breeze place was a welcome surprise! It was huge, with many floors and lots of comfy beds. Nice touches like face wipes and tissues in each room. Kitchen was beautiful and had enough chairs to all sit around the big wood table. Grill in the back, and a large rooftop with a view of Philly where we did yoga in the morning. Perfect trip!

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It was clean, modern, & spacious. It has a beautiful rooftop view of the Philadelphia skyline. It’s a really great location. There are 2 bus lines within a few blocks that take you into the city. There is also a Sprouts and Target within 4 blocks. Highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Philadelphia.

Perfect house for our large group

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was big and clean. The most important things we look for. The area was really nice, close to everything we needed. Walking distance to south st and target. Parking was tricky because it’s all street parking but we were able to find a spot close by. Be careful to look for signs! I accidentally parked in a handicapped parking spot and got towed, but picking up the car was easy and cheaper than parking was at the convention center haha! I went on a run every morning and felt safe and found lots of nice places to run. Would def recommend! 10/10
