Appartement très agréable, très bien meublé, la literie est de très bonne qualité. Nous avons passés 4 jours et la proximité avec le village et les parcs pour enfants autour sont super. Je n'hésiterais pas à reprendre le même appartement une prochaine fois ! Merci encore pour votre accueil!

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y bien preparado a nuestra llegada, algo que agradecimos especialmente después del viaje. La ubicación y el ambiente del apartamento hicieron la experiencia muy agradable.Sin embargo, hubo algunos detalles que podrían mejorar. El propietario no nos envió el código de acceso al cajetín de las llaves, lo que nos generó cierta incomodidad al llegar. Además, el funcionamiento del agua caliente fue irregular: un día salía muy caliente, al siguiente solo templada y, finalmente, nos quedamos sin agua, lo cual resultó un inconveniente importante.A pesar de estos puntos, la estancia fue positiva y creemos que, solucionando estos detalles, el alojamiento puede ofrecer una experiencia excelente.Repetiríamos, su punto fuerte es la limpieza y la ubicación.

Kleine Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt okay. Das erste, was uns auffiel in der Wohnung, war die Sauberkeit. Leider war die Wohnung nicht richtig sauber. Insbesondere das Bad und die Küche, waren nicht ordentlich sauber. Am ersten Abend haben wir zudem noch feststellen müssen, dass in der Wohnküche eine Ameisenplage herrscht. Den ganzen Aufenthalt über, hatten wir mit den Ameisen zu kämpfen. Das war für uns schon sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten hatten wir es in der kleinen Wohnung zu viert uns soweit es ging, provisorisch eingerichtet. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, von der man einen schönen Ausblick hat. Wir konnten von der Wohnung aus, hervorragend unsere Tagestouren starten.

Bonjour monsieur je suis peiné par votre problème de fourmi. En effet chaque année au printemps j ai une arrivée de fourmi qu il faut traiter rapidement. C est pour cela que dans le placard de l entrée vous avez les produits anti fourmi. Il aurait fallu me le signaler par mail ou sms et je vous aurai indiquer quoi faire, comme j ai fait avec le locataire suivant. Pour la propreté sur la cuisine et la salle de bain, j ai fait un ménage complet fin mai en insistant sur les parties difficiles paroi de douche, vitres, poussière sur les meubles etc. Il est possible que le locataire précédent ait laissé quelques traces non détectées a la visite entre 2 locations. J en suis désolé car la propreté est pour moi très important. Cordialement

simple mais efficace

excellente surprise trés bien situé au abord du village. On peut tout faire a pied. Appartement simple mais efficace.Le canapé du salon est vraiment trés bien pour dormir.Les thermes sont a 5mn a pied; idéale aprés une journée de ski.Et le principe pour récuperer les clefs et les rendre est sympa( pas de perte de tps).Merci encore. Merci pour votre réponse pour être encore meilleur. J ai réalisé moi-même un nettoyage a fond le 20 décembre et ramené la literie entièrement lavée. J ai nettoyé intérieur et haut des placards, tiroirs, vitres, salle de bain, sols etc. Est ce que j ai eu un oubli c est possible . Je serais encore plus vigilant au prochain nettoyage.

Quel dommage

Appartement très bien situé dans résidence tranquille. Bien agencé et très clair, Mais quel dommage : manque d'entretien général, pas propre, oreillers douteux, maniques sales, vitres!!!, balai qui ne balaie plus rien depuis longtemps tellement usé etc..... tout a l'avenant. Dommage.

Je prends note de vos explications et je suis très surpris car c est la 1ere fois que j ai une remarque sur la propreté. Effectivement le balai a fait son temps et j ai prevu de le changer. Vous avez aussi a disposition un aspirateur. Les oreillers et la literie sont équipés d alèses qui sont lavées 2 fois par an. De plus dans l apt vous avez a disposition des alèses jetables pour vous garantir une hygiène. Vous avez a disposition des produits d hygiène antimicrobien, de nettoyage et bloc wc. Les couteaux et une partie des verres ont été changé c est hiver ainsi que le canapé convertible. l apt est visité a chaque changement de locataire justement pour vérifier la propreté et je demande de me signaler tout problème par sms a votre arrivée. cordialement
