Your Signature vacation starts in the grand foyer of this 7,200-square-foot beauty that sleeps up to 28 guests. Walk straight ahead into the spacious great room that's tailor-made for comfort and connection. Soak up every detail of the Transitional style décor—from a muted, calming color scheme, to the contemporary artwork and premium modern sofas and chairs.

Kitchen & Dining
Steps away, the sleek and fully equipped chef's kitchen is a dreamy place to whip up a quick bite or multi-course meal. The vibe is cheerful and bright with blue and cream custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, warm brass fixtures, and light oak-hued flooring. The open-plan dining room seats ~16 around the elegant table, while the kitchen island with stools is an ideal station for cocktails and snacks.

Your sports-loving guests will be pumped to discover that the garage has been transformed into an athlete's Signature sanctuary. The main draw here is the high-tech sports simulator that features virtual golf. Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full)
When the grownups in your group are ready to wind down, they can choose from nine beautifully appointed sanctuaries with en suite baths. Spread out over the first and second floors, the choices range from master king and queen bedrooms, to regular bedrooms with a king bed or two full-size beds. Each bedroom's Transitional style décor—with its contemporary lines, warm textures, and the occasional pop of color—is chic and welcoming. Appointed with the finest materials, the spacious master suites offer tubs and showers, double sink vanities, and walk-in closets.

• Guests have access to the Villatel Village Event Center, including fitness classes, food experiences, and ticketed events.
• Guests also have access to community amenities at Solterra including tennis courts, lazy river, and fitness center.
