Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went to Kalbarri with friends. It was extremely hot. our unit was only metres from the pool so did lots of swimming in the lovely pool.The unit had a suitable air conditioner which kept us comfortable when playing board games and relaxing. Very nice stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodation was in a great location with lots of things to keep the kids busy. As it was diri g school holidays we were surrounded by families and great way for the kids to make friends. The unit itself was very basic compared to other units in the complex. The kitchen essentials would have a few extra items added to them. The oven did not work. The control writing had rubbed off and not possible to use it.

I really think the Kalbarri Beach Resort now Riverview apartments has seen better days. It seems to be struggling and uncared for. Is there even a caretaker onsite ??? Beds were terrible, just terrible, with one having some sort of stain on the sheet, whether it was a rust stain from a washing line or not, it was still not good enough. Couldn’t walk on the floor with bare feet as your feet would end up black. Cracked light switches. Pool was dirty with visible tree debris, sand and the much loved swan missing in the junior area. Wont be staying again and do not recommend staying here. You would be better off sleeping in your own tent on the ground.
