Traveling with small group

Traveled to town for a conference and the property was perfect. We were within a short driving distance and was quiet that we could rest and relax.

Good experience

House was nice, in a good locaton for us and it was clean. Sparce with furniture and furnishing. 4 bedrooms, 1 queen 3 full size beds. Showers head in master was old and didn't work well. We only had 2 face cloths for 7 people. 2 mini coffe makers were ok but inconvient for our large group. Overall it was a good experience but a few upgrades in furnishing would have made the experience similar to all our other vrbo experiences.

Greenwood Rest

House is large, clean, comfortable, all basic needs met. Easy entry. Clear communication. Sister who works remotely was thrilled with the office upstairs. Husband who has trouble with steps was delighted with first floor bedroom, but first floor has 1/2 bath, not full. Lovely weather to use back deck in evening.

Greenwood rest

Quiet residential neighborhood. Large clean house with spacious rooms. 1/2 bath downstairs as well as one bedroom. Comfortable beds and linens. Nicely decorated. Simple, modern.
