Oasis on the 9th is a custom 3,019 sq foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Please note that this custom home comes with a private pool and does not have access to The Ledges community pools or hot tubs.

This luxurious home is furnished with top-of-the-line upgrades, including large flat-screen Smart HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan is designed to accommodate golf groups and families, providing a comfortable and contemporary atmosphere. Whether you want to relax in the stylish bedrooms, enjoy the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the living room, this home offers a variety of spaces for your enjoyment.

For added entertainment, the garage has been transformed into an entertaining area with multiple arcade games, a ping pong table, foosball table, and a TV with its own seating area. If you prefer to use the garage for parking, the seating area chairs can be easily moved to the side.

Located in The Ledges of St. George, this area is a paradise for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. A short drive will take you to various hiking, biking, and ATV trails. The region is renowned for its world-class rock climbing and rappelling opportunities, offering stunning views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

From the cleanliness, amenities, location and amazing views you know your stay will be amazing. The staff makes sure that anything you need will be taken care of. We had a squeeky ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms and within 20 minutes of calling maintenance they were there (ON July 4th no less) to take care of it. The pool was beautiful, clean and the perfect temperature. I want to stay again as soon as possible.

This house is a great place to stay for large groups. The view is amazing, the pool is great, and the bunk room allows for everyone to sleep comfortably. Couldn’t recommend more! Hope to be back in the future.

Would LOVE to call this my actual forever home!

This house and the town of St. George were amazing! The views, the layout, and the amenities of Oasis on the 9th were a little piece of heaven. Our familiy enjoyed our one week stay here as we took on Zion Nat'l Park, Bryce Canyon, Snow Canyon, and Valley of Fire. The house is exactly what you see in the photos, but even better!

The house was clean, the furniture is comfortable, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen cabinets were well-stocked. We especially appreciate the thoughtfulness of certain items supplied for us--toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher & laundry detergent. I normally have to pack or buy these items ahead of time, so it was great that these items available for us. The pool was so refreshing after a busy day of exploring.When looking at rental houses/condos, my biggest wish was that we had a nice view. Well, this house has a GREAT view. I wish our trip was longer, so that we could have enjoyed this house for a longer period of time. We were a group of 4 adults, and if we weren't so exhausted after our busy days, we would have really enjoyed playing in the garage. The guys did watch Sunday Night Football in the garage for a bit upon arrival.We did spend more on this rental than what we would have at a couple others that we were considering, but this house had so much more to offer, and we were glad we stayed here.The Ledges Golf course is also very nice and very well maintained.

Guys Weekend

Spent a weekend with high school buddies. The garage was a great place to play some nostalgic arcade games and watch the games and/or fights. The pool was plenty warm to swim since the weather wasn't super warm. Location was great with some awesome views.

Incredible property and property management.

We will be visiting this property again. The house was emaculate. There was enough beds for 12 individuals. The amenities were great and we'll maintained. This is one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed at. The property management company was very responsive, replied in minutes to some minor questions we had about the property. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to visit St. George.

Beautiful state-of-the-art home

This property was awesome for a family vacation!! National Parks like Zion and Bryce were within about 2 hours of the house and family looked forward to come home daily to play in the pool, air hockey, electric bikes, and classic video games. We also lounged in the huge living room, and I enjoyed the grill and kitchen which have everything you need to make breakfast and dinner. Cooking is my therapy so it worked great for our needs. This house was not the cheapest option, but absolutely felt like we got what we paid for!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. This is the second time I’ve rented a home at The Ledges and both times we were very impressed. We did lose one night stay that we paid for due to our flights being cancelled from a hurricane and we were out the money. We tried to make arrangements with guest services so that we did not lose a night at The Ledges but had no luck. That was the only disappointment.

Definitely Stay Here!

Our stay at Oasis On The 9th at The Ledges Golf Club was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked through the front door, we were all thoroughly impressed. The house was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our family of five. The large bathrooms ensured that no one had to fight over a sink, and the giant kitchen was a dream—I only wish I'd had more time to spend cooking there. The heated pool was the perfect place to relax at the end of each day, and the back patio offered an amazing view of the cliffs and the golf course. The outdoor fireplace added a cozy touch, making evenings by the pool even more enjoyable. Inside the home, the large windows provided stunning views that captivated us from the moment we walked in. The neighborhood was fantastic—clean, new, and quiet. It was the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. The house itself was impeccably clean and well-kept, making our stay even more comfortable. While everything was top-notch, the only thing I would suggest adding is a Keurig coffee machine instead of the traditional coffee pot. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend Oasis On The 9th at The Ledges Golf Club to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape. I’ve already recommended it to my friends, and we can’t wait to return!

Perfect for Us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Oasis on the 9th was perfect for our family vacation. The home was spacious and able to accommodate all 13 of us comfortably. There was a bathroom and television in each of the three main bedrooms which meant everyone could have space when needed. The gathering areas were large and the perfect size for our group. Having the pool and the game garage meant we were able to have fun no matter what the weather may have been. The weather was gorgeous during our stay and we were able to play golf and rent some e-bikes from Kova Rentals at the Ledges which was convenient and so fun. The pool is approximately 10’x20’ and about four feet deep which is such a great size for a lot of fun and we spent time out there each day. Everyone had fun in the game garage together and it was also nice that the children spent time out there while the adults visited elsewhere. We prepared breakfast and lunch at the house each day and the kitchen had just about everything we needed to prepare those meals. We went out to dinner each night. Restaurants were a short drive from the house and we found some great places to eat. The Ledges accommodated us with an early check in which we appreciated. Booking, check in and out were all easy. We are already looking at dates for when we can return. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Great place to stay, not just sleep!

This house is awesome! We chose it as a place to gather and stay together for a couple of days as a family. It was perfect. Wonderful bedrooms, each with it's own bath. And a 'bunkhouse' type room that our unmarried kids called their own. Home is beautiful and modern with many nice features: Modern kitchen, with all important supplies and nice appliances. Large table for eating and games. Bar chairs for snacking. Nice living area with big TV. Pool! It is winter, but we asked and received a very warm pool temp for a small fee. We had a blast shooting baskets and goofing off at 11pm on a cold, clear night. The kids loved swimming before and after lunch then running to the fireplace or Grandma's big bathtub. Game Room! So dang fun! Multiple video games, most with multiple game choices that brought back my childhood. Foosball and air hockey also got used quite a bit. Good BBQ grill that produced some delicious steaks. Communication and service was excellent. Everything we requested was granted. Text messages with instructions, directions, and codes came at just the right times. We needed additional garbage bags so we sent a text and they were delivered a short time later. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own thermostat and fan controls so we slept very well. Nice laundry area. This property is 10/10. Service and communication are 10/10. We loved every minute we were there and hated to leave.

Family getaway

Family of six, with four kids ranging from 7-15 years of age, spent 5 days and 4 nights. We loved the property. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the arcade games. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic rental! The home, location and views are all incredible. The only concern is the potential to get hit with a golf ball, being that you're adjacent to the 9th hole fairway. That being said, I'd happily stay here again.
