Spring into Paradise: Limited June Availability in Maui Awaits!.

If you prefer high-end living, this condo is for you! It is fully renovated and gorgeous with amazing ocean and courtyard views! The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or tea as you watch the whales playing (December-March) or boats going in and out of the harbor. The oceanfront solar heated pool is set in a tropical landscaped courtyard that will inspire you to relax. If you're not into swimming, there are plenty of lounge chairs for reading and sunning. There are charcoal barbecues and a propane grill for you to use.

This 952 sq ft condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, both have identical walk-in showers. One has an added bench for sitting. This lovely home is a high-end remodel suite for guests who want to stay in luxury and comfort. This unit includes a window A/C in the living room and 6 ceiling fans should you need it although we find it is rarely needed because the tradewinds keep you comfortable. FREE secure 5G (400 mbps) Wi-Fi Internet access for your laptop and other devices. This unit is spacious and bright. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, stove/oven; linens and towels; washer/dryer inside the unit; a telephone for free calls, cable TV, and CD/stereo. There are three flat screen TVs, and Hunter Douglas blinds.

This opulent suite sleeps 4 guests maximum. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, the other bedroom has two comfy twin beds that can be converted into a king bed.

Welcome to Kana'i A Nalu a quiet resort that sits on the ocean away from the road. This complex sits directly on breathtaking Ma'alaea Bay. This setting is wonderful for romantic sunset strolls. For the more active person, there is a great beach to run on as you can do so for miles in peace away from the crowds. Just a short walk down the quiet, tree-lined street from Kana'i A Nalu is Haycraft Park, which leads to 4 miles of uninterrupted sand and surf all the way to the Sugar Beach area. If there is a big south swell, the wave off the harbor, "Freight Trains," can be one of the best in the world attracting expert surfers. Towards the east of Ma'alaea is a great spot for windsurfing, during both trade and Kona winds. This property is located less than a mile walking distance to Ma'alaea Harbor and it is centrally located on the island between South and West Maui. Three miles of quiet sandy beach will entice you to walk, run, or build sand castles. The tropical water is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, surfing, or windsurfing.

A short walk down the road will lead you to Ma'alaea Harbor with its great restaurants and shops, including the Five Star rated waterfront. Just steps away are the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, a putt-putt golf course, rock climbing wall, trampoline, and bumper boats. Fun for the entire family!

Perfect Paradise Getaway

This was the perfect location for us. It was a quiet area next to the beach and harbor. We had booked some boat tours and it was convenient to be able to walk to them and the general store or restaurants. The condo had everything we needed! My favorite part of the trip was just sitting on the balcony, drinking my coffee and watching the ocean.

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!This unit is ABSOLUTELY perfect in every way!!!The bedding in the master bedroom is so comfortable and I’m sure the second bedroom is the same, although we didn’t have to use it.The redone and updated kitchen is a dream and takes your breath away the moment you walk in. It has everything you need including two different types of coffee makers (Drip & Keurig)!!!Having wall-mounted TVs that could pivot in the LR and both Bdrms, was low-key brilliant; and the placement of a floor to ceiling mirror in the living room near the lanai door made it possible that you can see the ocean whether you’re facing it or not!!!!It’s easy to go on and on about this unit, but the listing description gives you so many details, so I don’t need to reiterate all of that. Also, the reviews by other people talk about location, the pool, etc..There are many units in this complex that are listed as VRBO‘s and some are lower priced, but I would choose this unit over and over again and that alone, I think should tell you everything.It may be of significance for you to know that we are “locals” and only live a few miles away, so we easily know the island and have a wealth of knowledge on areas to stay. If you’re a visitor who is seeking to look at the beautiful Pacific every day, watch for whales in season from your private lanai, and fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves, you can’t go wrong.Bonus: the Host is wonderful & communicates in a timely manner.

Centrally located stay

Maui was stunning. Communication with property management was seamless. The condo is clean, with everything you’d need. Only one AC unit (living room, not the bedrooms) but there are lots of fans! The view is amazing. The condos property is a little dated, but clean. Noticed several transients living in their cars next to the property, but in their defense they caused no problems that I saw.

Great condo great beach

Had a wonderful stay. The condo itself is spacious with two nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Good kitchen facilities and living room and nice balcony/view. Clean and well maintained. The building itself has lots of rules and restrictions regarding use of the pool and noise etc, but wasn’t too intrusive for us. The outdoor bbq was a plus. Steps from a great beach, very expansive and great for walks and dips. Other than the rain it was a great holiday. Would definitely return!

Great location

Quiet and relaxing. Away from the crowds and hustle bustle, yet only15-20 minutes from everything. Property is very well maintained. Rental agent said we would have two keys, bath soap in both bathrooms and twin beds would be configured into a king-size bed; none of these things happened. Otherwise, the condo was comfortable and functional. There is a short walk to beach access. No access directly from the condo complex. Kitchen is very well stocked and loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Unit also provided beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels which was wonderful!

Beautiful and quiet condo with great views

We had a truly perfect experience staying in Maalaea in this beautifully appointed beach view condo. Everything from the communication from the management team to the ease of parking, additional beach items available in the condo, the cleanliness and welcoming feeling -we could not have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. It was appreciated on how quiet the area was yet not far from Kihei or food options. The beautiful kitchen was well stocked for cooking and had all needed. The highlight was morning coffee on the lanai-only suggestion would be perhaps additional chairs and table or different style chairs to help accommodate 3-4 people. Thank you!

Excellent Waterview Condo

The unit was exactly as described. Beautiful waterfront unit, updated with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and all of the essentials with the exception of a blender. We actually found a blender on sale and left it in the unit to pay it forward for future guests. Kathy and her team were very good and provided the name of a concierge service and a few other places in advance so I could order flowers for my mother who's birthday we were celebrelating. Overall we will deinately be booking here again as the complex is quiet, centrally located, and of course waterfront which is what we look for when vacationing in the hawaiian islands.

This place is great for a couple or small family. Everything you could think of is inside the condo. Great casual places to eat or grab a drink near by as well as a gas station. It’s location is perfectly convenient for the adventurous group that is willing to drive around and explore or group that wants to the lay-on-the-beach the whole time and play in the pool. We would stay here again, recommend this condo to friends and family. It is a really nice value. Also, with an unexpected Tropical storm coming through, the condo emailed us with all the answers of what to do/buy. Some random things to know: the air conditioner is loud and works great, the master bath is a little crammed with the built-in seat but makes the apartment compliant, there is no vent for the stove but there is great cross wind with the front screen and balcony doors open; the front bedroom gets hot so having an additional fan or always keeping the A/C on while you’re out may be a good idea (the owner may have a better suggestion); there is no coffee grinder so we grabbed on at Target (no big deal).
