Beautiful beach condo with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo is located on Okaloosa Island and is one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in Florida, if not the world! The gulf can be seen and the waves can be heard from the greatroom, as well as the master bedroom. Newly installed windows and doors add to the beauty of this condo. This spacious condo provides tv viewing in each bedroom, as well as a HDTV the greatroom. Fully equipped kitchen with a view of the intercoastal waterway for your cooking pleasure if you choose. Or you may want to just have a cup of coffee on the patio while watching for dolphins. If you choose to dine out there are many options with our personal recommendations.
Rental Age Requirements: Emerald Isle Club (this unit) will not rent to anyone under 25 years of age. Immediate eviction and loss of rental money will result. Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payments, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in and/or subject to immediate eviction. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Why they chose this property
Rudy and I fell in love with the beautiful white sand beach and the gulf waters. Our complex has 70 units, which we enjoy. We have the pleasure of getting to know our fellow owners, as well as meeting guests vacationing here.
What makes this property unique
Because of our location, we have the benefit of peace and quiet. Guests can enjoy the beach, restaurants, shopping and activities without the congestion of Destin.
