If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - The pool can be heated for $100/day (4 night min), as long as the average outside temperature is over 55F. - Hot tub heat is complimentary but you can heat EITHER the hot tub or the pool, not both during your stay. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Our family had a wonderful time at this location.The house is perfect. The elevator was a huge help with my wife and I in our 70’s needed the help. We celebrated our 50 th anniversary and 3 birthdays while there. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. If we return to the Charleston area in the future we would definitely lease this place again.

The house is amazing and the view was perfect. The beach behind the house was beautiful. We also loved the pool and the view from the pool that we ended up using it more than the beach. It was a great location. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to provide pool/beach towels and a yoga mat so we don’t have to travel with all of that when you are flying and limited on luggage space. The price is high so not sure we will stay there again but would love to.
