This Suite is a family favorite! Larger than your typical 2 bedroom and it's a Deluxe unit!

Our weekly Specials rent for the 7 nights from Friday - Friday each week.
Weekend stays must begin on a Friday.

For remaining Winter and Spring dates, I offer a 2-night minimum weekend, Friday - Sunday or I offer a 2-night minimum mid-week rental between Sunday - Friday.

For Summer dates, I offer a 3-night minimum weekend, Friday - Monday or I offer 2-night minimum mid-week rental from Monday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Friday. (Can start on Sunday if available)

For Fall dates, I offer either a 2 or 3 night minimum rental. (Can start on Sunday if available)

2 Bedroom/2.5 Bath Fireplace Suite - (Sleeps 6-8) - King bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room (gas fireplace) with dining area and kitchen. This Suite features a walkout terrace with a 3 Seasons Porch. This Deluxe Suite will have a 2 person corner triangular Jacuzzi tub in the Master Bathroom along with a separate standing shower, double sink vanity, and radiant heated floors.

My daughters family and my sister and I. We stayed there Thanksgiving 2021 also. Great time. We went bowling, swimming and other activities.

Great family experience

The property offers families a lot of activities and is beautiful. The food options were a bit tired, would have appreciated some healthier and fresher options. Room service took an inordinate amount of time one evening.

Anne, I am so glad you had a great time and you enjoyed the Suite and the property/Resort. It really is a special place! I do know the menu changes often and there has been some challenges with certain foods/products in the past so the menu has to be minimized at times. I do know that there are salads available at both lunch and dinner and a protein can be added to any salad. And if you have any special or specific dietary needs they usually can usually be met. There is a limited maid staff in the evenings and I am sorry someone did not assist you immediately. There may have been an issue that was being addressed in the property that required more time or multiple people that caused the delay. I do hope your situation was addressed. I am happy to assist you again in the future and I look forward to your return. The winter is an amazing time of year in Lake Placid too! Thanks again.

Charming Vacation Spot

This suite gives you the feeling of being in your own Glam/Rustic cottage in the mountains with the advantage of well run hotel with endless activities. Breakfast is delicious and well prepared. Food in restaurants is good but not at the same excellent standard as the rest of the experience at White Face Lodge. We bring our own dinners.

Whiteface Lodge never disappoints

Our family shared this weekend with our friends and their kids (4 adults & 4 kids total) and enjoyed every minute. The room was beautiful as always, the staff above and beyond helpful and accommodating, the out door activities were perfect for fresh air, and swimming was the best for the littles. We all (adults included) enjoyed our time bowling and in the game room. We only wish the movies had one more earlier time slot, but that’s ok! Tim, the VRBO contact, was incredibly helpful and patient. Absolutely perfect!

Had a wonderful week in August. The rental was very spacious for my family of four; even a party of six or eight would have enough space to spread out. Rental was clean and tidy when we arrived. Clean windows and no spiderwebs! Housekeeping came daily. Hotel staff were attentive and friendly; we asked for a few things (refill shower shampoo and soap, needed a fan for bunked room which was noticeably warmer than the rest of the apt, light flickered in bathroom) and all issues were addressed that day. Hotel amenities were a big draw for us - we used the indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, game room and bowling, on site restaurants, and the shuttle for the Canoe Club where we kayaked on Lake Placid. Sadly we didn’t get to try the tennis courts or spa services. Hotel is well kept and maintained, grounds are beautiful. Many indoor and outdoor gathering spaces/sitting areas. Wish there were a few more chairs/loungers at both the pool and beach, but it wasn’t a big issue. There were EV chargers in the self parking lot and in the underground valet lot. We thought everything was well thought out and convenient. Again, the staff is friendly and helpful. Attached are two photos. Wished we could have stayed longer! I’ve already recommended the rental to family.

Nice week away with family

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. However there were 3 issues that are worthy of note. 1. The thermostat in the smaller bedroom did not function. It was evaluated by staff daily but function was not restored. Some didn’t know what to do. Some said that the problem would be reported to supervisor. On last day I was told that no one new about the separate thermostat in that bedroom. Fan was eventually used. A slightly cooler room would have been preferred. 2. Separate spray handle in shower did not work. Reported to staff. Non issue. 3. The clothes washer-dryer did not work properly. Did not fully dry. Cool down blocked opening. Took hours. Investigated by staff which stated that that type of device functioned poorly and took hours to function. Solution - dryer in basement In spite of the above, the week was great and we would recommend the place to friends

I provided each issue you encountered with the Lodge and if not already addressed, each will be addressed. I will admit, I am not a huge fan of the combo washer/dryers in the unit. I don't think most people are. Fortunately there is a separate laundry room in the property too with your standard washer and dryers for all guests use. We offer many suite sizes and many different Suites all throughout the Lodge and I do look forward to welcoming you back or anyone else that you know that may be interested. Very Special Property

This is an amazing property and unit. Warm, cozy, comfortable, and upscale. The facilities, staff, and experience are top notch. Look up the abundance of included recreation and activities offered on site, and you get an idea of how special and rare a resort of this caliber is. If you are looking for a great two bedroom unit located in an exclusive, classic Adirondack style resort this is one of the best choices anywhere in the East. Booking and management communication was excellent.

ski getaway

We had a terrific stay at Whiteface Lodge. It exceeded our expectations and the kids enjoyed all of the on property activities. Its THE place to stay in Lake Placid and handling the pandemic issues very well.

Because it's Awesome! If you are looking for more than just a room to lie your head down, this property has all the amenities to pamper you and your family. You can fill your entire day with everything from swimming in the pools and hot tubs to playing in the game room, watching a movie in the theater, to treating yourself to a spa treatment or taking a quick trip down to the guest only Canoe "Beach" Club. I love bringing my family here, but I also like treating my friends. The property is great for couples and large groups too. We love getting together here and each time we do it is a very special experience.
