For remaining Winter and Spring dates, I offer a 2-night minimum weekend, Friday - Sunday or I offer a 2-night minimum mid-week rental between Sunday - Friday.

For Summer dates, I offer a 3-night minimum weekend, Friday - Monday or I offer 2-night minimum mid-week rental from Monday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Friday. (Can start on Sunday if available)

For Fall dates, I offer either a 2 or 3 night minimum rental. (Can start on Sunday if available)

Awesome place stay. I loved the lodge and the property. Both restaurants were excellent and the service was very friendly. The unit was perfect. Very clean and all the amenities needed. I also find the village got an upgrade during COVID. Whiteface is a great ski resort, lots of steeps and no waiting. Finally, Tim was very responsive and offered great service. I’m definitely going back.

Its worth it.

Biggest issue was check in we had to wait 1hr for room to ne ready only to be given wrong room, then having to wait another 15 20mins to have that issue corrected. Other than that the room itself was clean spacious and well kept. Property was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Restaurant on premises was ok a bit pricey for quality. Restaurants near by were great and supermarket right across the street was convenient. Would stay again.

Because you are renting a specific unit directly from an owner, I am not sure how the front desk can mess that up! And I do apologize. This has to be the first time I have ever heard that, but yes, I can understand how that would be frustrating. I do always provide the Suite Number to the Guest so I am glad you were able to recognize the error and rectify the situation. Thank you for the great feedback and I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Whiteface Lodge is the place to stay

We love going to Lake Placid for our annual pre-Christmas vacation and we had an absolute blast on our stay. The property has so much to offer on even the coldest of Lake Placid days, making it the perfect winter getaway. The property was clean and hospitality was great.

Fabulous Lake Placid Stay

This was our third trip to Lake Placid in the past decade and was absolutely wonderful. Our first time staying at Whiteface Lodge and would highly recommend! It is a very self contained place, if you want that but is also just a minute away from the amenities of the downtown. Luxury, top of the line amenities, and the most incredible staff there to meet your needs. We absolutely LOVED it there.

Very nice suite in one of Lake Placid’s best properties. Rustic-luxe Adirondack decor throughout creates a homey ambiance. The room was clean and comfortable. Mornings and evenings were spent reading on the porch while my wife enjoyed the gas fireplace. The resort offers many activities that my family enjoyed. Swimming, tennis, pickleball, roller / street hockey, bocce, basketball and various lawn games. The 50 person movie theater played different full movies 3x/day. The game room was a hit for our son. He discovered a love for bubble hockey while my wife found that she loves bowling. The is also air hockey, fooseball, billards, ping pong and others. All games are free ( including the 2 lane bowling alley. The on-site restaurants and bar were great. We had a great time and would consider staying again

Our stay at the Whiteface Lodge was fantastic! Our room was clean and had plenty of space. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, outdoor games, kayaks, and bowling alley. It was close to the high peaks and town. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing resort and unit!

We were overwhelmed by the facilities at Whiteface Lodge—the pool, the hot tubs, the grounds, and even the evening s’mores! The unit itself was large with comfortable furnishings and a large corner porch where we sat and enjoyed to fresh air and views of the mountains. Will definitely return!

We would come back again

Beautiful property with many amenities. Indoor/outdoor pool was amazing. Accommodations were excellent. Great bedding and pillows. Main bathroom was poorly lit and no safety bar in deep tub/shower. Heated floor did not work. Disappointing that the bar and restaurants were closed for lunchtime and dinner time on Monday.

I am an owner here at this property too. I am renting a Junior Suite, multiple 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Suites, and two separate 3 Bedroom Grand Lodge Suites at this property.

Because it's Awesome! If you are looking for more than just a room to lie your head down, this property has all the amenities to pamper you and your family. You can fill your entire day with everything from swimming in the pools and hot tubs to playing in the game room, watching a movie in the theater, to treating yourself to a spa treatment or taking a quick trip down to the guest only Canoe "Beach" Club. I love bringing my family here, but I also like treating my friends. The property is great for couples and large groups too. We love getting together here and each time we do it is a very special experience.
