Perfect location right on the wharf and close to grocery stores, ferries and restaurants on the Esplanade. I was greeted in person at the lobby and given a quick tour of the amenities, which I appreciated. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The apartment was just the right size for a week's stay. The kitchen was well equipped for a quick meal. Highly recommend!

Superb! Everything was so wonderful! The bed and pillows were comfortable the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is fantastic and the view is stunning. We used the pool, sauna and gym. The Dundee restaurant attached to the building has delicious food. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. We really can't say enough good things about this place and are sad to be leaving.

Excellent location very quiet. Offered all the opportunities for a fantastic holiday.
Loved the view from the large deck! Looking at the water and the trees and hearing all the tropical birds was wonderful! The apartment was very nice - spacious, well appointed, and very clean. Close to many resteraunts and a boardwalk by the marina. Everything was awesome! 5*!
Great view. Huge self contained apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to everything in town. Excellent customer service throughout and they were helpful when we locked our bag inside on checkout! Thank you!!

Hi Sue, please check your messages from us during your stay. We replied to ask what the issue with the TV was and you ignored the message so we assumed it must be user error and you figured out yourself. In future please just call us anytime if you are not monitoring your messages.
The property is great! It is about 5 minute flow walk to the boat dock for Great Barrier Reef tours and plenty of food options. My only drawback was the check in process. When I booked the checkin says 2pm to 5pm, I contacted the property manager who said no problem they would have someone meet me at 6:30 after my flight arrived. I was to let the property manager know when I got my baggage from baggage claim. The issue is that I was told it would be 50ASD for the late check in few a few days before my checkin. I had to pay the person checking me in the 50ASD, not a great way to start my Cairns stay. If you want to stay here the property is great just be ready for the extra 50ASD if you can get there before 5pm. If not for this issue I would have given the property 5 stars as it was very nice and in a great location.
