Step into our newly renovated apartment, where every piece of furniture, including premium quality mattresses and pillows, ensures you an excellent night's rest. Indulge in our coffee station, fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, and the convenience of an on-site laundry machine. Entertainment abounds with Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Experience comfort, convenience, and relaxation at its finest!

Conveniently located just minutes from Broward North College, Fern Forest Nature Center, shopping centers, and Pompano Beach.

Please note, the apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, and our property does not have a mailbox.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
