The living room boasts a brand-new couch and a 50'' Smart TV, perfectly paired with the dining area for your convenience. Treat yourself to ultimate relaxation with our complimentary coffee station in every unit at Palm Wave Stays. Whether you're curling up with a book or binge-watching your favorite series, enjoy a delightful caffeine boost for a cozy experience. Coffee lovers, you're in for a treat!

Conveniently located just 5 minutes from shopping, dining, and Broward College, our condo offers easy access to everything you need. Plus, you're only a 20-minute drive from the stunning, clearwater beaches of Pompano. Please note, our property does not have a mailbox.

Just a heads-up: our condo is on the second floor, and there isn't an elevator. However, for your convenience, we do have an EV charger on-site (extra fees apply).

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
