Our place is at the end of Cul-de-sac with a beautiful natural view next to the house. There’s a spacious yard with a deck. Two bedrooms are available for guests. Easy to access the bathroom and a separate restroom. The place is close to highways, Waikato Uni, CBD, Hamilton Garden, Rugby Statium and shopping centres so it’s convenient to travel. The place is suitable for single or group travellers, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Not what it says

A so called b&b is nothing like advertised, only allowed to use bedroom and bathroom, ad said we could use kettle, but weren't allowed to use kitchen, which meant no breakfast 🤔 , I thought b&b was bed and breakfast instead it actually meant bed and bathroom. Would not recommend it to anyone. We got less than 50% refund, so I'm definitely not happy and won't be doing it again.
