Our place is at the end of Cul-de-sac with a beautiful natural view next to the house. There’s a spacious yard with a deck. Two bedrooms are available for guests. Easy to access the bathroom and a separate restroom. The place is close to highways, Waikato Uni, CBD, Hamilton Garden, Rugby Statium and shopping centres so it’s convenient to travel.
